Welcome to your Naples season, set inside the gated, tree-canopied grounds of Naples Bath Tennis Club with access to the Emilio Sánchez Academy - Naples. This single-level 2-bedroom, 2-bath coach home is the easy kind of Florida living: a private covered carport, and a screened lanai where mornings start with coffee overlooking tropical landscaping and the lake.

Inside, the open living and dining area flows to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a month or a whole winter: full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and in-unit washer and dryer. The primary suite has a queen bed and en-suite bath; the second bedroom and full bath give a second couple or visiting family their own space. Impact-rated windows and sliders keep things quiet, cool, and secure. Fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs make it a comfortable base for remote work between sets.

The club itself is the draw. Naples Bath & Tennis is home to the Sanchez-Casal Tennis Academy, with clay courts, clinics, and tournament play right in the community, plus pickleball, bocce, a clubhouse, and shaded walking trails winding through some of the most beautiful old-Florida landscaping in Naples. Location is the other half of the story. You're centrally located off Airport-Pulling Road, about 10 minutes to the white-sand Gulf beaches, Fifth Avenue South, and Third Street, and just minutes to the Pine Ridge and Mercato shopping and dining districts, Waterside Shops, and Naples Community Hospital. RSW airport is roughly 35 minutes.
