This fully renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom home sits on a quiet residential street in Naples Park, under five minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato. Vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan give the living area a bright, spacious feel, with a comfortable sectional and a large Smart TV for evenings in. The kitchen was fully renovated with navy cabinetry, gold hardware, and quartz countertops, and is equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a full holiday meal, with seating at both the dining table and the breakfast bar.

Sliding glass doors lead out to a covered patio and a private, fully fenced backyard with a gas grill and mature palm landscaping — a shaded, comfortable spot to sit outside without being in direct sun.

The home sleeps up to 8 across three individually decorated bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a king en-suite with its own fully renovated bathroom and a private walk-in closet stocked with extra linens. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a second renovated bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two full beds — a comfortable setup for grandchildren or additional guests. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV and ample closet space.

Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, garage and private driveway parking, hotel-quality linens and towels, and beach towels and equipment provided for your visit to Vanderbilt Beach.

Check-in is flexible: if you'd like a warm welcome and a walkthrough, we're happy to greet you in person, or you're welcome to let yourself in at your own pace with a personal door code. Either way, we're local to Naples Park and just a phone call or text away throughout your stay.

Area Information

Naples Park is a quiet, walkable residential neighborhood in North Naples, laid out along simple numbered streets between US 41 and the Gulf. Vanderbilt Beach is under 5 minutes away, and Mercato — with its restaurants, shops, and movie theater — is about 3 minutes by car. Grocery stores including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix, and Walmart are all within 3 to 5 minutes, and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is about 5 minutes away. The area is also close to several well-known golf courses, and downtown Naples' 5th Avenue South is a short drive south. It's a peaceful, residential setting rather than a busy resort strip — a good fit if you want easy access to the beach and dining without the noise.

Beaches (all close by)

Vanderbilt Beach — under 5 minutes away, the closest and most convenient option, with a couple of beachfront restaurants right there. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park — about 5 minutes, known for calmer water, good shelling, and a quieter feel than the public beach accesses. Clam Pass Park — roughly 10-15 minutes south, has a boardwalk through the mangroves and a tram to the beach, popular with an older crowd since there's minimal walking in the sun. Barefoot Beach — a bit further north, less crowded, good for a slower morning.

Shopping & dining

Mercato — about 3 minutes away, anchored by Whole Foods with a strong mix of restaurants, a movie theater, and boutique shops; easiest one to mention since it's basically next door. Waterside Shops — roughly 10-15 minutes, more upscale retail (Nordstrom, Tiffany, etc.) with several well-regarded restaurants.

Arts & culture

Artis-Naples / The Baker Museum — a performing arts center and fine art museum, well reviewed, about 15-20 minutes south. TheatreZone — a professional theater company doing musicals and plays, popular with an older audience.

Outdoors & nature

Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary (Audubon) — about 30-40 minutes inland, a 2.25-mile boardwalk through cypress forest and wetlands, easy walking pace, great for birdwatching. A few local outfits also run guided kayak tours through the mangrove tunnels near Wiggins Pass if you want to list an activity rather than just a place.

Golf

The area is well known for golf — Tiburón Golf Club (two Greg Norman-designed courses) is one of the more recognizable names nearby, worth a mention even if you just note "close to some of Naples' best golf courses" rather than naming specific private clubs.

A bit further, but classic Naples

Downtown Naples — 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South, about 15-20 minutes, for the postcard Naples experience: galleries, restaurants, and the Naples Pier for sunset. Naples Botanical Garden and the Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens are both popular half-day outings if guests are staying more than a few nights.
