Beautiful property! We loved being right on the ocean and listening to the waves from the balcony. Quick distance to downtown and restaurants. Super helpful to have a grocery store just minutes from the place. Lauren was super helpful with recommendations and any questions that arose during our stay. Perfect weekend!

It was an incredible experience. My family and I had an amazing time, thoroughly enjoying every moment we spent there. We had so much fun that we managed to do a lot in just a few days.The people were incredibly friendly, and the place was simply marvelous. Absolutely beautiful space, even better in person. Unfortunately the weather was not great for our stay but having this beautiful space did make up for it. We didn’t get to use the pool but we did grill out and walk the beach. Everything you needed was provided from the kitchen and bathroom to beach accessories and cleaning. This was a great stay and would return.

We highly recommend this wonderful apartment, located just steps away from the beach. Place is very spacious and comfortable. We especially liked our bedroom with a bay view.The layout of apartment was perfect for our family, with a separate area for our three teenage children, with two bedrooms and their own bathroom. The open kitchen and living room with cosy balcony were ideal for enjoying Florida sunsets.We also enjoyed the pool and area with hottube.The apartment was clean and well maintained. Beach equipment provided in the closet was a great convenience for us as well.Our host (Lauren) was very friendly and responsive, and helped us immedietelly when we told him about an issue, resolving it very quickly.We will remember our stay for long time.

The stay was great! Super clean and everything we were expecting. Provided towels, blankets, a full kitchen with all appliances, and a bar. Rooms had plenty of storage and were an overall great space. The accommodations of the building had a pool, hot tub, and beach access, bikes, and courts for pickleball/ tennis. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the views were amazing!! Definitely planning to stay here again. Our only complaint would be that we were unable to access the fitness center, as that was part of a different ownership group within the building. Lauren had mentioned that when we originally booked our stay, but I had overlooked it. We were a little bummed because we were there when there was a cold snap in FL, and we would have liked to use those facilities since we didn't want to walk on the cold beaches. Otherwise, great place that was exactly as pictured and described.

This is officially our favorite place we have stayed at in Ft Myers Beach & we have stayed in multiple units in the Gullwing Resort before. The views are beautiful, the unit has such a fun & modern aesthetic. You will want to watch the sunset from the balcony every night. Our host Lauren went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable with any requests & communication was superb. We are already looking at staying here again as soon as we can! A gulf coast gem!

This place was amazing. Floor to ceiling windows with a unbelievably beautiful view of the golf, which resulted in magical sunsets. The description minimizes the beauty of the setting. Lauren was an amazing host from the initial introduction, to accommodating us with an early check-in, to the closeout. I somehow left my wallet in the condo and she retrieved and mailed it to me in an unbelievably quick fashion. I look forward to returning to this amazing condo. We had a wonderful stay. Condo was beautiful directly on the beach. Gorgeous views, very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. So nice to have beach chairs and beach towels provided. My family stayed at this beautiful condominium on the beach for 6 nights, just before the holidays. Lauren was very communicative the whole trip. The check-in process was easy! The place was spacious and well kept. It had all of the listed amenities and even more. The beach was beautiful as well. The sand was so soft. I would definitely stay with Lauren again if we return to Fort Myers area for another vacation. My only complaint was that the week went by too quickly.

We had a great time here for Labor Day weekend celebrating my mom’s 50th birthday. Lauren is so sweet and was very attentive all weekend. The place is spotless not to mention beautiful inside and out. The pictures do not do justice! The beach front view is fenomenal, we would drink our morning coffee out in the balcony every morning. Our family had a fantastic stay here! The condo is even more beautiful and spacious than we thought it would be! We loved the modern, cozy decor, and feel of the place. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and reading nooks. The condo was well-stocked with all the essentials, like coffee, laundry detergent, etc. We also appreciated the use of the cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella which came in handy every time we went to the beach. The view from the balcony (and the master bedroom) were stunning, especially the amazing sunsets! It's obvious that everything in the condo was well-thought of, even the little details made the difference!Lauren was tremendous in communicating with us! This place was absolutely amazing! All the kitchen accessories, bedroom amenities, and beach stuff provided was top notch. The location right on the beach provided a cool breeze even on the hot days. Sunset views and so many shells. Gulf and pool water were the perfect temperature. We used the bikes and there were plenty to choose from. Gorgeous spot all around!

Had a great stay at Lauren’s place. She excelled at communicating promptly and with clear instructions every time we reached out (which was several times during our stay). She was also very quick at dealing with issues (like, for example, getting the WiFi back online promptly). Plus the apartment is gorgeous, has plenty of space, amazing views, and is right on the beach. We will definitely stay there again when visiting the area.

If you are considering Island Too for your next vacation, don’t hesitate and book it! The place is gorgeous with such attention to detail. The views of the Gulf were absolutely breath taking. We loved spending our evening on the balcony couch watching the sunset. The building itself is located on the south side of Fort Meyers beach which is great because it’s quiet yet just a short bike ride or car ride to more of the action. We used the building bikes every morning and enjoyed stopping at the MoJoe’s food truck for coffee and breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful time and we would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

Lauren’s condo was just as beautiful as the pictures showed! The beds were comfortable and the living room was big enough for our family to do movie nights. The location was amazing - the sand was powder sugar soft and the beach was covered with shells and miles of walkable sand. Can’t wait to book our next visit! Every bit as nice as advertised, possibly nicer! A wonderful, spotless condo directly on the Gulf stocked with all the amenities you need for a great beach getaway. This is the quieter part of the island, so evenings are very peaceful and the beach isn’t crowded - but you’re only 10-15mins from many restaurant options. Extremely responsive and thoughtful host as well!
