AlexanderThe location of this place is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Lauren reached out after booking to see if I had any questions about anything. I thought that was nice. We arrived in the area about an hour early, so I contacted her to see if we could check in early. She quickly replied that we could. She followed up after we arrived to see if we needed anything. The place was clean and updated. It was also well stocked with anything you might need. The location is great. You cross Estero Blvd and the beach is right there. The restaurants in the area are very good as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place at FMB.

CynthiaThis house was in an amazing location in Fort Myers. So close to the beach. Very walkable to several restaurants, shopping, beaches, and so much more. Beautiful sunsets on the beach. For being in the heart of so much, the house was nice and quiet while inside which was so nice when relaxing and sleeping at night. The screened in patio on the canal was perfect for morning coffee. The house was super clean and very well stocked from everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, and even beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and a wagon to take it all to the beach. My family absolutely loved it here and we would definitely stay agin.

AngelaWe loved staying at Island Time for both the location and the beautiful home! We unexpectedly loved the covered dining area/porch swing downstairs for escaping the warm Florida sun in the afternoons, along with playing Tiki Toss or bean bags with the kiddos. Lauren also went above and beyond by providing a pack n play for our toddler, which was so appreciated. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient beach location with lots of amenities!

BarbaraI care a lot about the vibe of my accommodations, and Lauren’s house was terrific! Well laid out, newly built or remodeled with remarkable taste, super clean….very, very comfortable. Kitchen/living room is a terrific gathering spot. And I loved the screened-in deck for reading. Just a couple of houses away from the hub of Ft. Myers Beach and the Gulf. Lauren could not have been more responsive and helpful. You won’t be disappointed.

BethWe had a great four days. Easy walk to the beach, easy walk to several restaurants, easy walk to Margaritaville. The house is super clean and there are lots of outdoor seating options if you just want to hang out. The area around the home is surprisingly quiet for how close you are to all of the action.

DebbieOur accommodations were great, for finding the place because our VI trip was canceled suddenly and we didn’t want to turn around and go home. We booked same day and were there in less then 8 hrs. Lauren was quick on responding to our messages and anything we needed. Walking distance to anything you need or we rented a golf cart 1 day to go a little further. But didn’t need a car at all. It was the greatest find that we could have for such a last minute decision.😊 we even inquired for the 2 properties next door and bring kinds next time. Lauren has been amazing to deal with she returns our calls or text so quickly. It’s been great to deal with Lauren so helpful 😊

GreerLauren’s place was a great choice. Right near everything. We had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed the location, the water behind us and the beach across the street and all the restaurants that were really walking distance. Beautiful choice. You can’t go wrong. We walked to the boat rental place and pulled it up behind the house to load and unload. So convenient! Lauren was super helpful and responsive when needed! Great stay. Highly recommend!
