Start your mornings with coffee and Gulf views, and end them with sunsets from an oversized screened lanai.

THE CONDO
The open living and dining area is bright, with leather furniture (a couch and recliners), a large Smart TV and sliding doors straight onto the lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped, Keurig included, for cooking every day (if you want!).

The split-bedroom layout places one bedroom on each side of the living area. Both are owner's-suite style: king bed, in-room Smart TV, large closet, private bathroom and their own lanai access with Gulf views. Easily sleeps 4.

Island Reef's outdoor spaces are newly renovated:

THE LOCATION
The south end is the calm side of the island, with fewer crowds and easy errands.

• Bonita Springs and Naples: about 25 minutes

GOOD TO KNOW
• Monthly and snowbird stays are our specialty! In fall and the off-season, shorter stays may be available, so please ask about your dates.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a beach buggy are provided
• Parking for one vehicle
• No pets, and no smoking anywhere on the property
• The Island Reef Condominium Association requires a short rental form, which we'll send after booking. It must be returned at least 35 days before arrival.

Inside Scoop

Don't miss the Santini Farmers Market, right in Santini Plaza on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in season (January through April): local produce, prepared foods to take home, and arts and crafts from area makers.
