Tangerine Tides is a bright and colorful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-view condo located on the 3rd floor of the GullWing Building on Fort Myers Beach. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this coastal retreat blends playful tropical style, bright citrus tones, and laid-back beach-house energy to create the perfect home base for families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy everything Fort Myers Beach has to offer.

The Space

Living Room
Kick back and make yourself at home in the bright, open living space with comfortable seating for the whole group. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for kids or extra guests, while the Smart TV makes it easy to settle in for a cozy movie or game night after a day in the Florida sun. Large doors open toward the balcony, filling the space with natural light and Gulf breezes.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make meals during your stay, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or staying in for a family dinner. Pull up a seat at the kitchen counter for morning coffee, a quick bite, or good conversation while dinner is being made.

King Primary Suite
Relax after a day of exploring in the spacious primary suite featuring a king-size bed, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, private en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.

The en suite bathroom features a jetted tub and spacious walk-in shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The walk-in closet provides plenty of room to unpack and settle in and includes an iron and ironing board for your stay.

Queen Bedroom
The comfortable second bedroom features a queen-size bed and provides a cozy place for kids, friends, or additional guests to recharge after a full day of sunshine and exploring the island.

Bathrooms
Tangerine Tides features two full bathrooms, making vacation mornings easier for families and groups. The primary suite has its own private en suite, while the guest bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower.

Balcony
Step outside and enjoy Gulf views from the 3rd-floor balcony. It's the perfect spot for slow mornings with a cup of coffee, an afternoon break in the salty air, or an evening drink as the Florida sun goes down.

As a guest of Tangerine Tides, you'll have access to the GullWing Building's shared amenities:

GullWing is located on the south end of Estero Blvd. on Fort Myers Beach, putting you close to beautiful beaches, dining, shopping, and some of the area's favorite activities.

Things to Know

Minimum age to rent is 28 years old. If you're younger than 28, please reach out to discuss your scenario — rare exceptions may be granted.

Guests are required to complete Coast & Range's online check-in form and e-sign our rental agreement. A link to complete these items will be provided in the booking confirmation message sent immediately following booking through Airbnb's messaging system. Guest access to the property will not be provided until these items are completed.

Non-smoking property, including the balcony.

‼ No pets: GullWing Beach Resort does not allow pets anywhere on the property, including inside the condo, common areas, or resort grounds.

Exterior and common-area cameras only: Cameras may be located in hallways, the pool area, and other shared spaces. There are no cameras inside the condo.
