Lauren’s place was magnificent! Located on the beach, amazing view and fantastic place. Clean and amazing. We loved everything about our stay. Lauren was some wonderful in communicating back and forth with us. She is by far the most accommodating host we have had. The entire trio was exactly what we needed and Lauren was responsible for a great deal of our family enjoyment.

Lauren was an amazing host in so many ways! To begin, the condo is kept meticulously and very nicely decorated. We especially loved the coffee bar! She was a life saver as well because we were faced with last minute flight cancellations and she came through when we needed a place to stay quickly. Who knew it was going to be this perfect! And then last but not least, my husband reached out to her because the condo apparently was short beach chairs. And only minutes later, there were brand new chairs delivered to our doorstep! We would highly recommend staying here! (Review written by my wife.)

We loved our stay! The views from the balcony were incredible. We saw dolphins in the ocean on multiple days. We had everything we needed and more. The coffee bar was a particular favorite feature in the home as we are coffee people. It was just what my family and I dreamed of for our vacation.

We had an absolute perfect experience here and were so impressed from the very beginning. As soon as we booked, we received a phone call, welcoming us and giving us a little bit of information about what to expect, which was extremely helpful. Lauren noticed that we had a baby staying with us and offered to have a pack and play ready to go in the unit which was extremely helpful. We personally thought the condo was even better than the pictures and it had everything we could possibly need. It was so nice to have beach towels, a cooler, coffee, even laundry detergent to be able to wash clothes while we were there. Lauren was extremely responsive and helpful and exceeded expectations as a host. Parking was easy, and parking passes were ready to go. The unit was extremely clean and tidy, and we felt right at home. Being able to walk out the back door and onto the beach was exactly what we needed!

My family and I traveled to this home for Memorial Day weekend for a peaceful and fun beach getaway. It was important we had beach access but we got way more than we anticipated. There was also a pool, grills outdoors and plenty of restaurants downtown. The area is very quiet and endless span of beach and ocean with fantastic views. We felt like we were in a remote island! Lauren’s home was also super clean, spacious and perfect for traveling with young kids and grandparents. Lauren was very communicative, friendly, and helpful!

Our stay at Lauren's condo within the Gullwing property was our best vacation yet. She went above and beyond to help with my plans to propose to my now fiancé. There was not an hour throughout the day that I couldn't get a hold of her, she even was able to drop off flowers and champagne in our unit while we were off at dinner.I could not recommend her condo enough, we hope to come back in the future with friends and family to relive the great memories we made over our stay.

We loved it! No other words! It was beautiful. We walked the beach every day shelling. We loved the pool because it was very hot compared to where we come from. It was pretty quiet. Sunsets were unbelievable! I would love to stay again. Condo was squeaky clean and beautiful atmosphere

We had an outstanding experience at Tide & Seek. From the second we booked, it was a top tier experience with our host, Lauren. We booked this trip over Thanksgiving and immediately received a call with her contact info if we needed anything. She was highly responsive to all our communication, even allowing us to check-in a bit early. The condo itself was exceptional. It has EVERYTHING you need and is exactly as pictured. We stopped at Publix on the way in and enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. My kids appreciated all the cozy blankets at night when we were playing games and we all noticed how clean it was. The property itself had everything you want for a Florida vacation. A great pool and hot tub, and most amazingly, immediate access to a vast and beautiful beach. We rented chairs on the beach and spent our time bopping back and forth between the room, the pool, and the beach. Thank you so much for such a comfortable stay!

Our stay at Gull Wings was great! We used the pool and hot tub daily. And the beach was right outside the pool area. Our condo was beautiful. Kitchen had updated appliances and everything we needed including paper towels and garbage bags and laundry pods. It also had 2 beach chairs and some beach toys. The washer and dryer were full size which was awesome since we had 4 adults and a 6 year old. The towels were thick and soft. The showers had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Lauren was an excellent communicator! She was also very responsive and timely to questions. We would stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! The place looked exactly like the pictures, which we really appreciated. The beach area felt super private and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing. All of the listed amenities were available, and we loved being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella when we went down to the water.The pool area was also beautiful and included a great BBQ space. Everything was spotless and squeaky clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The balcony view was absolutely stunning and one of our favorite parts of the trip.Overall, it was quiet, relaxing, and very kid-friendly. Lauren provided great communication and clear instructions throughout. We plan on coming back!!

Condo was as described, effective communication and quick to respond to questions and needs.The public trolley isn’t a reliable source of transportation. The bikes were lovely, but we ended up using uber more than we expected to get to restaurants.Quite and peaceful area to stay.

Our trip started with an early flight and Lauren was able to accommodate us with an early check-in at our request. We found everything we needed for an afternoon at the beach including beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and even a cooler. All the essentials we needed for our stay were provided including good coffee. This place felt elevated from the standard essentials found in most rentals, from the quality and quantity of the linens to the more than adequate supply of household goods. We loved that we were ON THE BEACH and were able to walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. Also, we enjoyed day trips to nearby Sanibel island for some great shelling and the Everglades for an airboat adventure. There was also a great fishing charter SEA REAPER run by Captain Chris that we would highly recommend. We loved our stay at Tide & seek. Lauren is professional and personable in all her communication which helped make our trip great. We would definitely like to visit again soon!

This unit is on the quieter side of the island which for us was best. To get to restaurants and grocery store it’s definitely best to take the trolley as it would be a long walk. We ride the bikes a few times which was great. We also rented beach chairs and umbrella to safe the lugging back and forth. Enjoyed our stay!

Lauren's place is a true gem! I came down for a solo week of rest and relaxation but I would recommend this to couples, families or single friends looking to stay somewhere that really feels like a home-base for a week. The entire condo was pristine! Every single detail was accounted for...and I am usually the type to find something missing but Lauren had it all! From extra hangers in the closets, to hooks for hanging things in every room...to appliances and utensils in the kitchen...to books to borrow for a quick read. The bed was super comfy. Extra blankets if you need them, and ceiling fans to set your perfect room temp for sleeping! I used the condo pool area quite a bit which was also very convenient. The beach was stunning, what more can you ask for :) Also centrally located with a Publix, CVS, and coffee spot (Bad Ass from Hawaii) just down the street + 7-11 gas, super convenient. I would recommend this spot to anyone! Thank you Lauren for making my stay so wonderful!

We had a great time on the beach. I regret we didn’t even make it to the pool or hot tub. Everything we needed was right there. The coffee bar was so nice with fresh beans and a grinder. The rooms were clean. The shower was the only thing that felt a little small, but my husband is 6’5.

This unit was exceptionally clean and had a great layout! It was so nice to have the pool downstairs as well the white sand beach just steps away. The sunset views from the balcony couldn’t be beat, and the large sliders that open across the living room were awesome too! Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything you could need and then some. We have stayed in many areas, and this by far checked all our boxes. The communication was wonderful, eliminating all the guess work. The beach was gorgeous and literally steps from the condo. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.
