It sits inside the Estero Bay Improvement Association community, with deeded beach access, two pools, pickleball, tennis, walking paths, and more just outside your door.

THE CONDO
The open living and dining area is bright, with sliding doors to the first balcony and its canal views. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking every day (if you want!), not just reheating takeout.

The primary bedroom with king bed has its own bathroom and a private balcony over the bay; the washer and dryer are in a closet just off that balcony. The second bedroom with queen bed is next to the second full bathroom, so visiting family has its own space. Easily sleeps 4.

Royal Pelican is part of the Estero Bay Improvement Association (EBIA), a group of established condo communities along Bay Beach Lane. As our guest you can use:
• Deeded beach access and a dedicated beach path
• Two heated community pools
• Pickleball, tennis and bocce courts, plus shuffleboard
• Putting green, pitching green and driving cage
• Fishing pier
• Walking paths with benches, tiki huts with picnic tables and gas grill areas

The south end is the calm side of the island, with fewer crowds and easy errands.

• Lovers Key State Park: about 5 minutes
• Bonita Springs and Naples: about 25 minutes

• Monthly and snowbird stays are our specialty! In fall and the off-season, shorter stays may be available, so please ask about your dates.

Don't miss the Santini Farmers Market, right in Santini Plaza on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in season (January through April): local produce, prepared foods to take home, and arts and crafts from area makers.
