• A propane tank is provided with the BBQ grill, but guests are responsible for propane during their stay. We cannot guarantee a full tank at check-in. If you run out, send us a photo of your refill receipt and we will reimburse you.
• Early check-in and late checkout are available when the schedule allows — just ask.
• Exterior security cameras are installed outside the property for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home.
