• A non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit is required prior to check-in and will be returned after checkout, provided no damage is reported.
• A pet fee of $125 per pet applies per reservation. All pets must be house-trained and non-shedding. Pets that do not meet these requirements are not permitted. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets throughout their stay and are financially responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs resulting from their pets. Cats are not permitted under any circumstances due to common guest allergies.
• The pool is free of charge, including the heated pool.
• Long-Stay Discounts — stay longer and save: 15% weekly discount, 35% monthly discount, ideal for 30–90 day assignments, relocations, and extended stays.
• Wishlist Perk — guests who wishlist the home before booking receive priority early check-in approval (when available) and a $25 credit after their completed stay. Perks are reserved for guests who save the home while browsing, prior to booking.

Pool & Outdoor Living
• Pool is serviced weekly; occasional natural debris may occur due to Florida weather
• A propane tank is provided with the BBQ grill, however guests are responsible for propane during their stay. We do not guarantee a full tank at check-in. If you run out, we're happy to reimburse the cost of a refill — simply send us a screenshot of the receipt
