A piece of paradise located in the prestigious Southwest corner of Cape Coral

Our home features high-end finishes, spacious living areas, and a fantastic pool area designed for fun and relaxation.

You will walk into an open layout that allows you to enjoy instant benefits of natural lighting. The dining area seats 8 guests, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (coffee pot and toaster), dishes, pots and pans, cookware and utensils.

There is a big comfy sectional in the Living Room you can relax on while turning on your favorite streaming service on the mounted 86" Sony flat screen television.

The Master Suite has a mounted 55" television, with access to the pool, a king size tempur-pedic bed, plenty of storage room and a spacious ensuite with a shower and bath.

The second Master Suite has a comfortable queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom that opens up to the pool area.

Bedroom 3 is a spacious room with a queen size bed.

Bedroom 4 has 4 twin-bunk beds and 2 full-bunk beds.

The den has a queen sized sleeper sofa and a 65" mounted television.

The laundry room comes equipped with a washer and dryer that can be used as needed.

The covered lanai is a true gem, featuring a wonderful sparkling heated salt water pool, a jacuzzi (not hot tub), and lots of room to lounge. The pool and the jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, and heated to between 85-90 degrees. If there is a need to heat the pool further, additional fees will apply.

Also included in the lanai is a flat screen television for added entertainment, plus a beverage fridge to keep your refreshments cold while you soak in the beautiful Florida weather. Also enjoy the outdoor kitchen (with grill).

Check-in procedure:
Upon arrival, guest may directly go to the home with the provided door access code (provided 24 hours before arrival).

Air conditioning:
Remotely controlled and set to 74 degrees during the day and 72 degrees during the night. If any door or window is left open for more than 5 minutes the air conditioner will automatically turn off. The temperature can be reduced below 72 degrees for an additional fee.

Pool and Jacuzzi:
The pool and jacuzzi are heated to between 85-90 degrees. The temperature can be increased for an additional fee.

Parking:
Maximum of 6 cars can be parked on the driveway at any given time. No parking on the grass. CITY ORDINANCES prohibit the following on the property: 1. Boat and/or Boat Trailer, 2. Commercial Truck and/or Utility Trailer, 3, RV, 4. Parking or Storing any vehicle on vacant lots (next door). CHECK with city for additional guidelines of for permitting.

Guests:
Absolutely no additional guests allowed at house other than those on the reservation. The house can sleep up to fourteen (14) guests with various combinations: 1. Eight adults and six children, 2. Ten adults and 4 children. Will result in immediate eviction if more than allowable guests are at the house.

Events:
No events / parties allowed at the house without permission from host. Will result in immediate eviction.

Damage and Incidentals:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Property Services:
Lawn care and pool servicing occurs weekly. Other services for air conditioning and pest control occur quarterly. Staff will do their best not to interrupt your time at the house.

Complementary Items:
We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags. Guests should plan to purchase more if needed.
