Unwind in this bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2 & 1/2-bathroom home located in a quiet gated community, just minutes from Naples' world-famous beaches. Enjoy an open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and peaceful surroundings.
We are renting our home as a seasonal rental with a minimum stay of 90 days.
The house is SW facing onto a beautiful lake with no properties on the other side of the lake - just a preserve. This makes our home quite unique and offers tranquillity and privacy.
This house is all about the views and there is lots of natural light throughout.
The pool is heated by solar and the sun sets over the lake.
Internally the house has everything you need for a long stay and would suit snowbirds coming south to beautiful Naples.
The large master suite with a king size bed includes an ensuite bathroom with bath, double sinks and walk in shower. There is also a large walk in closet.
The 2 guest bedrooms located on the other side of the house share a modern bathroom with large walk in shower. One bedroom has its own ensuite toilet and sink. They have a king size bed to one room and double to the 2nd room.
The house has beautiful views out to the lanai, pool and lake from the grand room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room and amazing family room.
All bedrooms, grand room, family room and lanai have TV's.
Located just 10 mins drive from Mercato and Vanderbilt Beach, this house is in a great location.

Sitting out the back of the house you can enjoy private tranquil views across the lake and fountain, watch the sunset or enjoy the wild life which includes turtles, otters, many birds and occasional racoons or armadillos.
