The space
Tide & Tee Retreat is a modern coastal 4-bedroom home in NW Cape Coral with a freshwater canal behind the home for kayaking and peaceful golf course views beyond.

The open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a comfortable space for gathering. Large sliding doors overlook the screened lanai and private heated pool, bringing in natural light and backyard views.

The canal directly behind the property is ideal for kayaking and exploring calm freshwater canals. It is not a boating canal, which keeps the setting quiet and relaxed.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed and private ensuite bath. Three additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or groups, allowing the home to sleep up to 10 guests.

The outdoor space offers room to swim, relax, dine outside, and enjoy both the water view and the golf course backdrop, a unique combination in Northwest Cape Coral.

The layout works well for families, golf groups, or mixed-age stays, offering flexibility without feeling crowded.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the home, pool, lanai, and backyard canal area during their stay.

Parking is available in the driveway and garage.

Kayaks are available for guest use on the freshwater canal directly behind the home. Guests are responsible for safe use and supervision at all times.

The canal is freshwater and suitable for kayaking only. It does not provide Gulf access or boating access.

Self check-in is provided with a secure door code prior to arrival.

Other things to note
Pool Heat
The pool is heated during cooler months and maintained at approximately 86°F, weather permitting. During extreme cold fronts, water temperature may fluctuate and cannot be guaranteed.

Quiet Hours
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are observed in accordance with local regulations between 10PM and 7AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

Towels Before Checkout
To help us maintain smooth turnovers, guests are kindly asked to wash and dry one load of used towels prior to departure.

Garbage Collection
Garbage collection day is Thursday. Please place bins at the curb the evening before if your stay includes that day.

No Smoking
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home. A $200 fee will be charged for evidence of smoking.

Kayak & Water Safety
Use of kayaks is at guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times near the canal and pool.
