The space
This beachy Cape Coral home offers a comfortable open layout designed for relaxation and easy vacation living. The spacious living area features a 65” TV, perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area, making it ideal for spending time together.

Sleeping arrangements include:

Primary bedroom: King bed with TV

Guest bedroom: Queen bed with TV

Third bedroom: Two twin beds

Step outside to enjoy true Florida living. The screened lanai features a TV for outdoor lounging, a heated private pool, and a jacuzzi/hot tub—perfect for both daytime relaxation and evening unwinding. Fire up the outdoor propane BBQ grill and enjoy meals poolside in a peaceful setting.

Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including the pool, hot tub, and outdoor living areas. The home features convenient self check-in for a smooth and easy arrival.

Other things to note
Pool & Hot Tub Heating:
The pool is heated and maintained for guest comfort. During cooler months, pool and hot tub temperatures are weather-dependent and may be affected by extreme cold. Pool heat is included unless otherwise noted. Please allow time for the water to reach optimal temperature after arrival.

Outdoor TV & Lanai:
The screened lanai includes a TV and seating for outdoor relaxation. Please note electronics are subject to weather conditions and should be used responsibly.

Safety Reminder:
Children must be supervised at all times around the pool and hot tub. No lifeguard is on duty.

Pool heat is available upon request with a $50 charge and subject to outdoor temperatures. Please allow time for heating after activation.
