Guest access
Guests have full access to the home, pool, and outdoor spaces. The garage has been converted into a game room and is not available for parking. Driveway parking is available.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our top priority. We follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after each stay to ensure the home is spotless, comfortable, and ready for your arrival.

NO SMOKING INSIDE

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $300 fee for odor removal and additional cleaning.
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only—please dispose of all waste properly.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

We kindly ask that you treat our home with care and respect so it can be enjoyed by all guests.

Parties and events are not permitted.
If you are planning a small family gathering, please reach out in advance for approval.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

SPA / HOT TUB USE

Use of the spa/hot tub is available for an additional fee of $30 per day.
Please notify us in advance if you would like to add spa access to your stay.

PET POLICY

We are happy to welcome pets with prior approval

Dogs only (no cats)
Pets are not permitted in the pool
Please clean up after your pet at all times
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless you bring proper coverings/blankets
Any damage or excessive cleaning required may result in additional fees

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors and community.
