Welcome to Escape to Cape – your relaxing vacation retreat! This 3BR/2BA pool home in the heart of Cape Coral features a split-bedroom layout, perfect for family time and privacy. Highlights include a fully equipped kitchen, heated pool & hot tub, patio and lounges, BBQ, smart TVs in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free parking. Dogs under 25 lbs welcome (no cats). The space

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The adjacent dining area seats six and overlooks the pool, providing a lovely view while you dine.

⭐ Outdoor Space⭐

Step outside to discover your private oasis. The screened-in lanai features a heated pool (It will be set at 85 degrees in the winter months unless we have extremely low temperatures at night under 55 degrees), comfortable loungers, Conversation area and a Dining set for 6. The lush, landscaped yard offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Guest access

Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home, including the pool, patio, yard, and all indoor spaces. The only exception is the garage, which is reserved for owner use.

• Pool heat is available for $50 per stay.
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to book.

Cleaning & Sanitization
Your health and safety are our priority. A thorough cleaning and sanitization process is completed after each stay.

No Smoking Inside
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Any evidence will result in a $200 fee for odor removal and cleaning. Smoking is welcome in outdoor areas.

No Parties or Events
Please treat our home with care. We kindly ask that parties and events are not held here to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
