Our place is very open concept, a full newly remodeled unit.
Also the use of a dividing wall you can put away or close off the spacious king bedroom & full bathroom. A queen Memory foam pull out cabinet bed is available in the living room where, you still have use of a couch and a full kitchen, smart TV, & Beautiful views.
Our Pool is Open after 16 months of a total rebuild, ready for you to Enjoy your sunning or swimming right by the beautiful white sand and teal colored water of our beautiful beach.Also put Condo has NO water damage, we have fully remodeled and upgraded everything. During your stay you will have Full access to everything in the condo unit and grounds the swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, courts, pickle ball, the laundry room the beach the parking the patio and Pool & Sun deck chair’s just will need to follow Open and closed times for common use area. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding use of any of the facilities.
Checkin Information:
Upon arrival,
1st- please stop at building B (the middle building) at the desk across from the office and fill out the packet "for guest" then drop it in the locked box on desk.
This will include your parking pass and the required construction waivers needed to be signed by everyone staying.

Beach beach chairs also pool and beach toys are located under the bed, and im the fromt closest.
Please wash or clean off any sand before returning under the bed, thank you.
The Pool is open, at this time there is no gate code, the gate will be locked 8 to 9 pm or 15 minutes before dusk, whichever comes first. OK.

Construction is happing near our property, Our property estero Beach And Tennis, and our beach is done with all construction for the most part, only some small landscaping.
Please Note, that their may on other properties near Estero Beach & Tennis be Construction going on, That we have no control over, also the city may be doing some repairs to the beach, if this is the case in front of our property, they will section it so there is still beach and access for vacation or to enjoy.

Maggie Van A.Our family of 5 spent the week at this condo. It was very clean and just what we were looking for! The most beautiful views of the ocean and the sunset! The host was very prompt to reply whenever I sent a message with questions. The unit has 2 youth sized life vests, lots of sand toys/buckets/shovels etc. there are 3-4 beach chairs, 2 smaller knee/surf boards and inflatables under the bed. A larger cooler on wheels for the beach as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances (coffee pot, toaster oven, blender). The only things I would bring up just so you aren’t thrown off like we were, laundry room is public on main level outside of the elevator room. Washers and dryer’s available with use of a downloaded app (you can scan the QR code on the machine of your choice) then pay 2.50 per wash and dry cycle. Also the condo only had 2 garbage bags in the kitchen garbage can total for the week, And 2 rolls of toilet paper total. So depending on how long you are staying you may want to purchase some more of those essentials. Overall a great stay and I would recommend to a friend!

DanUnit extremely clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. View of beach beautiful. Heated pool is great. Host is awesome to work with and very accommodating, we just love working with her. Very quiet and peaceful. The entire resort is clean and maintained. Dog friendly, our 12yr old dachshund also loves it there. We will be returning and feel spoiled by how well the entire resort is and working with this host.

Dan G.Host very friendly.. Unit was clean and everything you needed to take down to the beach was provided. View from balcony was awesome and we got to see some beautiful sunsets. Pool was heated and always comfortable temperature wise. We plan on returning next year. BTW… Our dog loved it too.

MadysonKeri’s place was a dream. We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday! The beach is less than a 5 min walk from the condo, the condo had everything and more we could want for the beach! It looks just like the pictures , was easy to find and check in! Great restaurants and shops around , we even got lucky and had some dolphins swimming super close to the beach , such a beautiful sight to be at a beautiful place ! we hope to be back very soon and hopefully book here again !

You can walk to a coffee shop across the street and the grocery store is close by.The view of the sunset from the unit was AMAZING!

El lugar era cómodo para dos personas adultas y tenÃa todo lo necesario para disfrutarlo, las fotos y la descripción coincidÃan con lo que encontramos a llegar. Keri fue siempre amable y respondió con rapidez nuestras consultas. Sin dudas volveriamos a este mismo lugar si estuviéramos nuevamente por Ft Myers.

TinaGet ready to wash your own dishes! No dishwasher- Found out day before leaving I was expected to wash the dishes and there is no dishwasher! Only 1 elevator out of 2 was working. Extensive repair to the beach directly in front of unit - area was roped off and very large pipes on beach. No much to do if you like to eat out - go early because most restaurants closed at 8-9. Beach towels were old and thin. Bath towels smelled soured. Soaps and shampoo smelled like dog shampoo so make sure you take your own. Bedroom has poor air circulation- we got hot in April and had to also run the fan in addition to the A/C at full blast! There is only one A/C unit and 1 TV. Beware if going in July/August. No ice maker in refrigerator- had to keep refilling ice trays. I would not recommend if over 2 adults. It’s basically a studio- very similar to hotel room. I would not go back. 😩

AshleighWould highly recommend Keri’s place. She was super helpful as we were planning our wedding so she had lots of great recommendations. The area is still recovering from the hurricane but the condo, pool and beach access were great!

Teena H.The view on this unit was great. Unfortunately the condo had way too much furniture to be comfortable without running into something. The Murphy bed could not be used as there was no place to move the coffee table (which was too large and heavy). The towels were in poor shape as well as the beach towels. Would not stay in this unit again.

SusanWe really enjoyed our stay at Sunset&Ocean front views. Condo was very clean and had alll the nessicties. very comfortable and great location. The sunsets were gorgeous from our balcony. The people in the building were very friendly. Walks on the beautiful beach filled with shells every morning and night. We would definitely stay here again.
