Our place is very open concept, a full newly remodeled unit.
Also the use of a dividing wall you can put away or close off the spacious king bedroom, smart tv, full bathroom. A queen Memory foam pull out cabinet bed is available in the living room where, you still have use of a couch and a full kitchen, smart TV, & Beautiful views.
Our Pool is Open ready for you to Enjoy your sunning or swimming right by the beautiful white sand and teal colored water of our beautiful beach full of beautiful seashells. We have fully remodeled and upgraded everything. During your stay you will have Full access to everything in the condo unit and grounds the swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, courts, pickle ball, the laundry room the beach the parking the patio and Pool & Sun deck chair’s (just will need to follow Open and Closed times for common use areas) Please contact me if you have any questions regarding use of any of the facilities.

Upon arrival,
1st- please stop at building B (the middle building) at the desk across from the office and fill out the packet "for guest" then drop it in the locked box on desk or in office if open.
This will include your parking pass and the required construction waivers needed to be signed by everyone staying. Thank You.

The Pool is open, at this time there is no gate code, the gate will be locked 8 to 9 pm or 15 minutes before dusk, whichever comes first. OK.

This is truly the beach life type of area you will find, the condo itself is on the third floor of a secured entry to elevator or stairs and then secured coded door into condo. The grounds of the Condo Estate, Estero Beach and Tennis has security on watch.
No need to have a car, as there is a Bus, Trolley and Ubber & Lift or Taxi. All that will take you up and down the Golf Beaches and popular Attractions
Please Note, that their may on other properties near Estero Beach & Tennis be Construction going on, That we have no control over, also the city may be doing some repairs to the beach, if this is the case in front of our property, they will section it so there is still beach and access for vacation or to enjoy.

JodiThis condo is a perfect place to relax, yet close enough to the party district. Such a beautifully peaceful location. The balcony view is spectacular all day and night. The perfect spot for morning coffee. So many options for great restaurants and bars within minutes. It has a nice sized pool and lounge area. The beach is just a few yards from the pool!

RichardThis is a lovely property away from the road and right on the beach. It is well maintained with a heated pool. The unit itself was fresh and everything worked. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a perfect size for two people but would be cramped for more even though there were two pullout beds in the living area as there is only one dresser, the closet hang-up space is only a foot wide and there is little room for suitcases.. There is all sorts of beach and water equipment. Our only complaint was the windows would not open even though there were screens and we would have preferred a breeze over air conditioning. Also while there were sufficient lamps they were low wattage and even though they were three way lamps only one level (low) would come on. The bed is very comfortable.

Vicki L.The condo matched the ad exactly. Right down to the picture perfect sunsets every night viewable from the balcony. We played Pickleball every morning with a friendly group of fun players. We felt safe and secure in the building. We could walk to the Santini Farmers market and shops. And it’s just down the road from a Publix. A very nice location to warm the bones when escaping winter up north.

WilliamEverything was as advertised short, walk to the beach good Security great views of the beach from the balcony. Had all the dishes and silverware coffee pot everything you need even had shampoo and body wash. Would highly recommend.

Mary S.We had THE best time at Keri’s condo in Fort Myers Beach. We were just there for our Spring Break with my family & we loved it SO much we visited again in August. It was just my husband & I this time but we had such a relaxing time. We enjoyed the beach, which is steps away from the condo, & Keri has ALL of the essentials. A wagon, beach towels, umbrella & comfy beach chairs. The condo had everything we needed as well. The main items you would need. The bed is SO comfy…it’s a King & the mattress is GREAT. The shower is a really nice walk in & roomy. And, the view from the condo…BREATHTAKING. You would not be disappointed staying at Keri’s place.Keri was very responsive when I did have a question for her but she is a joy to work with. We will definitely be back. Next time, we will bring the kids again. Thank you again, Keri, for an AMAZING stay. 🧡

SamanthaEven better than we could have imagined, the place and location was so beautiful and well kept! It was set slightly away from the busier part of town, so it was super peaceful. The kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking, and the rest of the home was stocked with things for the beach which was super helpful including towels, chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and much more! The beach was within steps of our place, same with the lovely pool. The balcony had the best beach view and we got to watch all the gorgeous sunsets. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

AlexWe absolutely loved staying here! Although at the end of the island we took the bus everyday which was pretty cool. We rode into town everyday with no problem. This place was so nice and quiet. One thing we were so happy about was the kitchen was absolutely packed with anything we could need for cooking. We already miss being here!

MaryKeri’s condo was absolutely AMAZING. She had all of the essentials you’d need, the condo was super clean & the beds were SO comfy. And, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sounds of the waves & having a cup of coffee on the balcony with the amazing view of the Gulf. SO RELAXING. The pool is also heated & the kids LOVED taking a dip after a day at the beach. The beach access is super close…a few steps away. We SO enjoyed Fort Myers Beach & we would definitely stay with Keri again. If I needed anything, she was quick to respond. I highly recommend staying with Keri. Again, thank you SO much, Keri. Our vacation was just PERFECT & we can’t wait to book with you again in the very near future. ♥️

KurtIt was very clean and comfortable. Great view and access to the beach. The location was good for getting around to see various places. We enjoyed our time there. A few negatives to be aware of.. There was only one closet that was filled with stuff, so there wasn’t much room to hang our clothes. The unit overall is a bit small, and the complex is somewhat old and dated.

TerriKeri was a great host! We had a little hick up when we first got there, but she was so quick to act on it and get it fixed. She was so kind and understanding. She definitely made it an easy stay. I highly recommend her to anyone. Plus, the location is amazing!!!
