Other Things to Note:
- PETS: pets allowed upon request and approval. Non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet will apply if approved, 2 pet maximum.
- SMOKING: absolutely no smoking in the home. Smoking in the home will result in a $500 fine
- EVENTS: Ceremonies, weddings, and events are prohibited at this property due to neighborhood restrictions and insurance reasons. We get many requests for weddings, please know that we will not be able to approve any weddings or or official ceremonies whatsoever.

NicholasThis place was an absolute gem. It’s exactly what you see in the pictures, no surprises. The pool was amazing, the interior was clean, and the space was more than enough room to spread out and relax. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway!

HallieHad a great time at this rental. We had a large group and everyone was accommodated nicely, plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. The view was beautiful and it was very quiet and peaceful. Only thing was we ran out of toilet paper on the last day. Would book this spot again!

HannahThe property was beautiful and the house was great to accommodate our large group! Leading up to the stay we had a few questions and Tom was always quick to respond. There were a few things that we needed at the beginning of the stay, but within a few hours of the request, Tom dropped off what we needed without any issue! In the garage, multiple beach chairs, pool floats, beach toys, games, etc were provided for our use which was great! There was a lot of space for everyone to enjoy time together!

RichardProperty was close to everything. The host left snacks for our crew. They were very responsive. Host provided updates prior to arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed pool. House has alot of space to accommodate our big family, but could use a few updates. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting again.

AshleyThis was a nice property. The photos are accurate but there were deeper issues. The plumbing was a huge issue for our group. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing properly and the master bedroom shower was severely clogged. The upstairs sink was also clogging. There were rat droppings around the house and in outdoor cabinets. A few of us actually saw the rat run by a few times. There was not enough toilet paper for the amount of guests we had. There was a dead roach seen by the bar. A few of the outlets in the master bedroom were not working. The jet tub in the master bedroom was filthy and behind the headboard of the master bed was disturbingly disgusting. And to top it all off, all of the bathroom shower curtains had black mold on them.

SteveOur trash in front of the entrance was full to capacity the whole time we were there. Embarrassing to me as I was the one that booked this location. House needs major updating. Pool and pool area filthy. They had to send someone out our 2nd day there per my request to clean the pool from the filth and told us pool service would be out the next day to do a FULL cleaning of the pool. NO ONE SHOWED! So basically we couldn’t swim. Terrible. Way over priced for what we got. Whole house has a musty smell to it. Would not recommend this house. $4100. For 3 nites. NO WAY!!!!

Tarika D.Overall great stay and beautiful house. Came with a group of 13 for my bachelorette. We never figured out how to use the pool lights outside so wasn’t able to swim in the evenings, and the water got cold after the sun went down. The upstairs water didn’t give off warm water or good pressure but otherwise the other showers were fine. A few dead cockroaches noted on the ground as well. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and thought it was comfortable

We spent the majority of the time enjoying the outdoor activities... swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking. We'd finish the day by the firepit and shooting pool.
