This unique bungalow has a style all its own. Two Swings is your Home away from Home while being close to everything Downtown Tampa has to offer. 10 minute Walk to University of Tampa, 10 minute Walk to Armature Works, 5 minute to Drive to Downtown Tampa - Amalie Arena, Water Street District, Tampa General Hospital and so much more.
2 Bedrooms have queen size beds (one with a feather bed, the other is a copper mattress from Nectar - Helps those who sleep hot to keep cool). Both Bedroom have their own dedicated private bath. Both Bedrooms have their own TV's. Hopefully you are seeing the trend here...I designed this AirBnB space for social integration with private quarters. Entertain friends and family while you are in town. There is plenty of parking. Backyard is completely fenced in with fire pit. Firewood is supplied. There is a covered porch with seating and a Weber Grill to cook out. All accompaniments for grilling are supplied. The goal is easy...and no stress. Front Porch has two swings - meant to sip your morning coffee or end the day with a glass of wine and good conversation. I promise you - it is an experience you will be glad you decided to invest in. As your Host I promise you, you will be well taken care of and treated as a 5 star customer.
Guests will access the home through the front door. The seven digits of your phone number will give you entry through the coded electric lock.
I live close by, so if there are any issues - I normally can handle them within 15 minutes of receiving notice.
Walkable Neighborhood, two block to Julian B. Lane RiverFront Park in the Riverwalk West District. 20 minute walk to Armature Works and Downtown Tampa.
Ybor, Amalie Arena, Hyde Park, Davis Island Beach, TIA Airport, Tampa General Hospital, Saint Joseph's Hospital are all a 10 minute drive or less. Armature Works, Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park, Tampa's Famous Riverwalk, and Curtis Hixon Park including the Straz Performing Arts Center and the Tampa Museum of Art are within 5 minutes or less driving, and a 10 to 20 minute walk.
Pets are welcome. Kids are welcome. While the furnishings are nice, they are replaceable. Please don't worry...come enjoy your stay.

AriyannaRachel's home was beautiful and she was a wonderful host. The house was extremely clean and well decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was close by. If my family and I are ever back in Tampa, we will definitely return.

KhaliaAmazing house and perfect location. We were so close to the convention center! Of note- the neighborhood is actively being gentrified, I wasn’t fully comfortable walking to/from the convention center. But the drive was very easy.

OliviaWe had a wonderful stay at Rachel’s place. We booked last minute and Rachel was very responsive! The house is a cute, thoughtfully designed bungalow that has everything you need. It’s walkable to the Riverwalk and Armature Works. We would definitely stay here again!

RandyRachel is a great host. When I told her I was in town early she made an extra effort to have the house ready for me. The house smelled great and there was smooth jazz playing on the TV. Very welcoming atmosphere. She has a beautiful blue Betta fish named Kyle that I got to know. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The location is great. Very close to a grocery store and easy access to downtown and Armature Works restaurants. Despite being a few blocks from I-275 it was quiet and I heard no traffic noise. Highly recommended.

ErinThe house was absolutely perfect! She made sure to give us extra amenities so that we felt right at home. Rachael would check in to make sure everything was going well and want to make sure we didn’t need anything else. I was sad to have to leave and check out but next time I am in Tampa, I will definitely be staying at the house again.

GarnettLovely 4 night stay, enjoyed both the charming inside and the outside areas. Both front and back yards fully fenced and a fire pit and covered patio. Three adults and our dog were very comfortable; beds , bathrooms, kitchen etc just like pics and reviews. Especially appreciated the mural (all the decor actually), and Rachel very helpful. Would def recommend!

MariaRachels place was simply lovely ! Cute and quaint , you can tell whoever decorated the home is into art or an artist because it was just beautiful ! The host, Rachel was super communicative throughout the whole process , although it was so smooth we didn't need to contact her for anything while we were there. I had forgotten my toothbrush (of course) and found she offered little toothbrush and shaving kits. Honestly, there wasn't anything that I needed, she thought of everything and has it accessible there for you. Also, a very convenient location, was only a few minutes from downtown , the aquarium , a park- honestly so much to do around the area, I was impressed! Thanks for a great family stay Rachel, we would love to come back one day!

PeterRachel is a wonderful host. Very attentive, sincere and hands-on. The house is well renovated and is optimal for a two couple stay with separate bedroom bathrooms. The location is close to the downtown area and is undergoing a gentrification process. Kitchen and bathrooms are very much up to date and well stocked. I would certainly return and recommend it to others.
