This ground level condo is fully equipped with all needed essentials to spend a couple of months or a season in Naples. Two bedrooms have King size beds and one is setup as den/office with an airbed in the closet for company. Dishes, cookware, utensils, bedding and linens are provided. There's an in-unit laundry room.
Online application approval is required by the Condominium association. $150 application fee.
A long term rental is an option.

Wonderful stay at the 3 bedroom condo in Parkshore. Close to the beach. The pool is the largest one in the condo buildings on Bel-Air. The pool is very clean and the neighborhood is very nice and well-kept. Shopping is nearby as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Overnight guests were allowed to stay and the unit was furnished very well. One of the nice things about this unit is that it has a laundry room with it's own washer and dryer. Dishes, silverware, and other kitchen needs were included in my stay. The unit was very clean and Ias long as my guest rated it a 10/10. Very affordable for this area.
