This ground level condo is fully equipped with all needed essentials to spend a couple of months or a season in Naples. Two bedrooms have King size beds and one is setup as den/office with an airbed in the closet for company. Dishes, cookware, utensils, bedding and linens are provided. There's an in-unit laundry room.
Online application approval is required by the Condominium association. $150 application fee.

Venetian Village shops/restaurants, Neopolitan Plaza, Waterside Shops/Restaurants, Publix Grocery and Walgreens are all located a short walk or short bike ride away. Boat rentals are available in Venetian Village.
Fifth Avenue, Mercato, Gulfshore Playhouse Theatre, Sugden Theatre, and the Artis Arts Center are all within minutes away by car.
There are yet a few public golf courses in our area.
