10 out of 10! Beautiful place, in an amazing location to easily access the beach and shops and restaurants. Well stocked with beach needs, pool toys and kitchen gear. It was spotless when we arrived, and Angie was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. We’d love to come back again!

This home met all of our expectations. You can’t beat the location. The home and yard are beautiful. Everything was very clean and well decorated. The pool was actually warm and made our whole vacation! Angie was a great host and was so friendly! This is an annual trip for us and we really hope to be able to book this home again.

Light, bright and inviting best describe this open space. The living room has a sofa that converts to a queen sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and a large smart TV. This conversation area opens seamlessly to the kitchen and dining area. This kitchen is packed with all of the conveniences that any cook could want. Apart for the regularly expected pots pans there is a drip style as well as a Keurig coffee makers, margarita blender, waffle maker and enough dishware to serve your family and friends. This area walks right out to the front balcony that offers serene view of the lovely neighborhood. We highly recommend enjoying your morning coffee here.

In addition to the main living areas, this home also includes a completely separate lower-level poolside suite — perfect for guests seeking extra privacy. This inviting space features a cozy seating area with a Smart TV, a dining table for four, and a brand-new king bed with a plush memory foam mattress. The suite also includes a recently remodeled private bathroom and a spacious closet with small shelves and plenty of hanging space. With direct access to the pool and lanai, it’s the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience.

Outdoor Living
Relax by your private pool, completed in 2025, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. The patio area offers plenty of outdoor seating for lounging or enjoying an evening drink in the warm Florida breeze.
