Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including:

‍ Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $100 per night (minimum of 2 nights). For 1-night stays, the fee is $150.

To maintain consistent water temperature and manage high operational and maintenance costs, pool heating must be scheduled for the ENTIRE duration of your stay (partial-stay heating is not available).
Please confirm at least 24–48 hours before check-in if you’d like the pool heated, as we need advance notice to schedule and ensure it’s ready for your arrival. Payment will be arranged once confirmed.

Pool & Yard Maintenance
Regular pool and maintenance takes place Tuesdays (Yard) and Wednesdays (Pool), depending on the weather. Our team works quickly to ensure minimal disruption to your stay.

Grill Usage
A grill is available for $75 per stay – perfect for poolside BBQs and outdoor dining! Guests are responsible for its use and will be held liable for any damages or accidents caused by it. Please enjoy responsibly.

Pet Policy
Our furry friends are welcome at our home for $250 per pet. To avoid a separate pet fee invoice, please include your pet in the reservation. Let’s keep it simple—no Sneaky Pets!

Fireplace Instructions
To use the fireplace, pour 91% Isopropyl alcohol into the designated area and use the lighter located in the utensil drawer.
