Rental Policies & Guest Information
In accordance with local regulations, this residence is offered as a monthly rental, or Minimum 28- days stay.
All reservations are billed as a daily stay.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM on the 1st of the month, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the final day of the month.
Rates & Local Tax Requirement
All rental rates are subject to a 12.5% Monroe County tourist development and sales tax, as required by local ordinance. This tax will be applied to the total rental amount.
Payment Terms
To ensure a seamless booking experience, payments are accepted via personal check.
A payment equal to 50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
The full remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of deposits, less a $75 administrative fee
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a 70% refund of the total booking amount.
