Rental Policies & Guest Information
Exclusive Monthly Residency
In accordance with local regulations, this residence is offered exclusively as a monthly rental. During peak seasons (winter and summer), reservations are limited to full calendar months only; partial-month stays (e.g., January 15 – February 15) are not permitted.
All reservations are billed at the full monthly rate, regardless of the number of days in the month.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM on the 1st of the month, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the final day of the month.
Rates & Local Tax Requirement
All rental rates are subject to a 12.5% Monroe County tourist development and sales tax, as required by local ordinance. This tax will be applied to the total rental amount.
Payment Terms
To ensure a seamless booking experience, payments are accepted via personal check.
A payment equal to 50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
The full remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of deposits, less a $75 administrative fee
Cancellations made within 59 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all deposits and rental payments
