The main living area brings together the living room, dining area, and kitchen in one inviting space. Comfortable seating surrounds a large Smart TV with streaming channels (guests may log in to personal apps like Netflix or Prime). Natural light fills the room and sliding glass doors lead out toward the pool, hot tub, and canal views beyond. The dining table seats eight and is perfect for everything from family dinners to friendly game nights.

The showpiece kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking while on vacation. The tides change and neither the management company nor the owner of the home have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility

The firepit and/or BBQ grill are self service to include the purchase of propane for either if needed is the responsibility of the rental guest
