HOUSERULES / FAQ

Boatlift: Private boats are only permitted with prior submission of valid dock insurance.

Electricity consumption: Electricity is already included in the rental fee.

BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with an additional $50.

Heated Pool: Please note that we need to know prior to your arrival if you would like to have the pool heated. Otherwise, depending on prior use, the pool may still retain some base or residual warmth from previous guests; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Cancelation fee: For cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date, 95% of the grand total will be refunded to the tenant. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.

Check-In: Access to the house is provided via code to allow flexible arrival times.

Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated based on 4 people. Each additional person will be charged $25 plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 people at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of people increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you must register them and pay the fee.
