Positive: Great location, quiet neighborhood Negative: We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the property, particularly because several issues created serious health and safety hazards.The trash bins outside the property were overflowing with garbage and covered with flies. The odor was so strong that it was difficult to even park nearby, creating an unsanitary environment.There was not a single roll of paper towels available in the kitchen. Both bathrooms became clogged during our stay, and despite sending multiple messages requesting assistance, we never received a response. In addition, the first bathroom was missing conditioner.Most concerning were the safety hazards throughout the property. My mother nearly fell because the threshold strip beneath the bedroom doorway was loose and lifting up. This presented a significant tripping hazard, especially for older adults. Furthermore, there were exposed screws protruding from the floor at the entrance to the bathroom. Every person who walked through that area had to be extremely careful to avoid tripping or being injured. These hazards should have been repaired before allowing guests to occupy the property.Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and timely response to our concerns made our stay both stressful and unsafe. We expected a property that was properly maintained and safe for guests, but unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Negative: No electricity on one side of house. Not a pleasant experience when it gets dark. I was promised that someone would come by and look at the issue. No one showed up. When I send a message about wanting to be reimbursed for the inconvenience, I did not get a reply.

Modern eingerichtetes Haus mit Potenzial, das jedoch durch erhebliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung und Service Positive: Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Haus bietet zudem ausreichend Platz für mehrere Personen und verfügt über einen privaten Pool. Negative: Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Beschreibung und den Preis geweckt wurden.Bei unserer Ankunft war die Sauberkeit sowohl im Haus und vor allem auch im Außenbereich unzureichend. Einige Handtücher waren offensichtlich nicht frisch gewaschen, die Sitzauflagen im Außenbereich waren stark verschmutzt und verschimmelt, weil es dort offensichtlich hinein regnet und auf dem Grundstück lagen noch Flaschen und andere Gegenstände herum. Insgesamt machte die Unterkunft vor allem außen einen ungepflegten Eindruck.Hinzu kamen mehrere Mängel: Das Fliegengitter am Poolbereich war beschädigt, die Außendusche funktionierte kaum und im Haus befand sich vor einer Schlafzimmertür eine hochstehende Bodenstelle, die eine Stolpergefahr darstellt. Außerdem war im gesamten Haus ein sehr starker Farbgeruch wahrnehmbar, der den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigte. Auch die Garage befand sich in einem extrem schlechten und unsauberen Zustand.Für sechs Gäste waren lediglich 3 Strandstühle vorhanden, ein kleiner Sonnenschirm, der, wie sich später herausstellte, auch noch kaputt war.Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir den Vermieter während unseres Aufenthalts auf die Mängel hingewiesen haben, jedoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten haben.

All in all we had a great time in Clearwater! The house is in a great location and central to the beach but also not too far from Tampa. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. It has everything you needed as far as your basic necessities go. Seemed to be in a quite neighborhood as we didn’t hear any issues during our stay. The pool and grill were highly used and appreciated. This house had some issues and concerns during our stay but I was very upfront and honest with the host about my concerns. They did what they could to make it right and they reached out and wanted to ensure they made things right which says a lot about a host.

The place was amazing — perfect for kids too! The heated pool was incredible, and we loved that it was screened in, so no bugs could get inside. The seating area by the pool was fantastic, and the fireplace made it even more enjoyable and cozy.

Had a great time! Loved the location and pool! House was very clean and was full of basic necessities. Had an issue with the oool not heating upon arrival, however, the host responded quickly, refunded for the lost time and had fixed within 48 hours! It was also located in a great location, very quite and clean, would definitely recommend to others and stay again!

This was a very clean home with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The host was very accommodating granting a late check-out. He communicated in a timely manner. The heated pool made the property very enjoyable! Some issues with plumbing in the hallway bathroom, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. We would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better — close to everything Clearwater has to offer. The amenities were just what we needed, clean and well‑kept, which made our trip super comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and answered questions right away, making check‑in and the whole stay stress‑free. Definitely a must‑stay spot if you’re visiting Clearwater — we’ll be back!

I really don’t know where to start. This Air b&b was amazing. Everything you could have thought you might need was provided for you. Pool accessories for kids, high chair & play pin for babies. They even had the accessories for the beach. Everything was so clean. It really felt as if you were at home. We just loved the pool. It was in a great location. Will definitely be back!

Rambling ranch, lots of room, comfy furniture, might use a new rug in living room. Great kitchen ans essential, and dining room perfect for games as well as meals. Pool and shaded outdoor couch great!!!
