The Luxury W Residences is located in the heart of Ft Lauderdale beach. On-site dining, WET deck, two rooftop pools, jacuzzi, AWAY spa and fitness center.

Our condo offers modern furniture with a fully equipped kitchen & large tv's in every room.

The Condo is located at the W Luxury Residences on the 18th floor and directly on the famous Fort Lauderdale Central Beach. It has a direct north facing view to enjoy on the balcony with a morning coffee.

Separate W Residences Heated Pool and Building, so its completely separate of the W Hotel. Our guests get to enjoy the privacy of an Exclusive Pool.

The Condo is in the perfect location directly on Central beach, walking distance to Las Olas Boulevard, surrounded by restaurants, boutique shopping and infamous local Bars and Clubs in Fort Lauderdale.

PLEASE NOTE:
The W Hotel charges a Separate/Mandatory resort fee of $62.15/Night and it is charged directly by the W Hotel. This will be collected at the front desk upon your arrival.
This provides access to all resort amenities including : Fitness Center and Classes, Two beach chairs and One umbrella with fresh cold water bottles free, Two bike rentals, Residential Private Rooftop Pool and Spa.

A separate party pool fee of $125 per person/per day is charged directly by the hotel and will be collected at the front desk if you desire the DJ/Party Pool pass for the day.
