THE HOME
Take It Easy is a pet-friendly Destin vacation rental with a private pool and golf cart in Crystal Beach, built for big groups who want space without anybody drawing the short straw. Every bedroom is basically a primary suite, with a king bed and its own bath, and two have spa-style baths with soaking tubs. The first floor opens into a bright living, dining and kitchen space with coastal-country style, a hardwood table for ten and a wine cooler, because somebody's always pouring a glass.

Outside is where this home shines. The private lagoon-style pool is the hub of the house, surrounded by covered balconies where y'all can kick back and watch the action. Upstairs, the bonus den is perfect for movie nights. When it's beach time, the 6-seater golf cart gets everybody there.

THINGS TO KNOW
• Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 9 AM. Your smart lock door code arrives on check-in day around 4 PM.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.
• Parking for 4 vehicles
• Pets are welcome with a pet fee.
• Pool heat is available October through May for $60 per day plus tax, for the whole stay. Not heated June through September.
• Starter kit: 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 bar soaps per bathroom, hand soap, 3 dishwasher tabs, 3 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels.
• Exterior security cameras monitor the pool area and the driveway/entryway.
• This home has a monitor that detects smoke, vape, noise and guests over the occupancy limit. Violations result in removal without refund.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended during hurricane season.
• Firearms left behind will be turned over to local police.
• Licensed short-term rental. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests must follow City of Destin ordinances.
• Requires a completed rental agreement and golf cart rental agreement with ID verification.
