This single-family vacation home offers a bright and open layout with three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing, while the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops makes cooking easy and enjoyable. Large windows provide plenty of natural light throughout the home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your stay.
Welcome to use entire space
The morning after your first night in the house, we will meet you between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. at the house to get to know you personally and explain everything you need to know about the house and the surrounding area. Please note that this meeting is mandatory.
Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 25 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.
We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.
Electricity Usage:
Electricity is charged based on actual usage at $0.20 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to ensure a fair and transparent calculation. We kindly ask guests to use energy responsibly during their stay. Average consumption is approximately $15-20/day.

JasmineThe house was beautiful and it was very clean. We loved the house and the pool. Michael did show up to the house to Introduce himself. And I guess this is protocol for him and he does mention it on a paper that’s inside the house but it did catch us off guard since we went directly to the back of the house while we were in the pool. It did feel a little intrusive especially since he also opened the door of the house while we were talking to him outside to point out the QR code. Besides that everything else was great.

TobiasEine super Unterkunft mit privatem Pool! Besonders toll fanden wir die Ausstattung des Hauses! Eine sehr großzügige, typisch amerikanische Küche mit allen möglichen Utensilien, die man zum Kochen braucht. Luftmatratzen für den Pool und Stühle sowie kleine Surfboards für den Strand gab es auch. Die Möblierung war sehr modern und ich möchte auch nochmal hervorheben, dass das Internet super war! An jedem Ort in der Villa (auch in der letzten Pool-Ecke) hatte man besten Empfang. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

JosephineWe had an amazing time at Michael’s beautiful property. Well equipped, clean, peaceful and extremely beautiful especially the pool area. Our family felt right at home. It was exactly what our family needed for a quick get away, we also loved that there were a lot of restaurants close by. The host was extremely accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. I recommend 100%.
