Fort Myers Beach Property registration #20-0047
Rental and Booking Details
All reservations at Estero Beach Club are handled through the on-site rental office. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and all guests must be listed on the Estero Beach Club Registration Agreement.
Deposits & Payments
•40% of the total rate due upon acceptance of the reservation
Full payment is due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations within 60 days are non‑refundable unless the condo is re‑rented. No damage deposit is required; the Club operates on an honor system. A $500 cleaning fee applies if guests smoke, vape, or bring a pet into the condo.
Weather & Storm Policy
Tropical storm/hurricane season runs June 1–Nov 30. If you choose to cancel due to a named storm, we will work with you to reschedule. Refunds are issued if:
1. State or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation for the area, including this rental.
2. A mandatory evacuation is issued for the guest’s home residence.
If an evacuation order is issued, we will refund any unused rent for current guests, any unused rent for guests choosing to delay arrival, and any advance rent for stays scheduled to begin during the warning period.

• $100 for 7–13 nights
• $150 for 14+ nights
Reservation Process & Payments
Once your reservation is confirmed, the rental manager will contact you to arrange deposit payment and collect the Rental Agreement. Arrival instructions are emailed one week before check‑in. Payments are typically made by personal check or money order; Zelle and Venmo are also accepted.
Note to Parents
Swimming diapers and non‑toilet‑trained children are not permitted in the pool.
Liability Disclaimer: Guests stay at the property at their own risk. The property owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during their stay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect these hours and refrain from loud noise in public areas or on the lanai so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay
