Thoughtfully hosted by Premier Oasis Rentals
Premier Oasis Rentals creates vacation homes that feel calm, comfortable, and cared for from the moment you arrive.
We are a veteran-owned, family-operated boutique hospitality brand built around one simple belief: the details matter.
After nearly 20 years of traveling to Okaloosa Island and the surrounding coast, we created the kind of beach stay we always looked for: clean, beautiful, well-stocked, easy to settle into, and worth coming back to.
Designed for guests who notice the details
Every Premier Oasis stay is prepared with intention. We do not aim for “good enough.” We want you to walk in, exhale, and feel like the hard part of vacation is already handled.
That means quality beds, plush towels, spare linens, stocked bathrooms, a kitchen equipped for real meals, and generous starter supplies that help you begin your stay without immediately running to the store.
It also means smart TVs, books, games, movies, a retro Atari console, sound machines, charging stations, beach gear, and family-friendly extras already in place before you arrive.
A smoother arrival
When you turn on the main TV, you will find a custom welcome screen that makes it easy to connect to WiFi, open the digital guidebook, browse restaurant recommendations, explore local activities, and settle in quickly.
A welcome gift basket adds one more thoughtful touch.
We self-manage with pride, communicate clearly, and respond quickly when needed. Our focus is not volume. It is care.
Thoughtful by design
Many of the upgrades in this condo were made for one reason: to make your stay feel better.
We upgraded both sliding glass doors so the Gulf view feels bigger and the space feels calmer. We refreshed the bedding and towels, added new high-top balcony furniture, expanded the beach gear, upgraded the bedroom TVs, stocked the kitchen for real cooking, and replaced a working dishwasher simply because we wanted the space to feel quieter.
Even the smallest details get our attention. Yes, that includes the toilet paper.
Our guests often tell us it is the little things that make the biggest difference. We agree.
Our goal is simple: help you feel relaxed, taken care of, and already thinking about your next stay.
Prefer to book through a familiar travel site?
You will usually find the best total price when booking directly with us, but we know some guests prefer using Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking dot com. If that feels better for you, scroll down to our social links below and visit our page, where you will find the familiar platform booking options for Seacrest Serenity.

Local grub and gastropubs
There are many places to enjoy food, drink and the local seafood. Here we will list a few of our favorites, why they are our favorites, and distance/location. Not listed in any order, and we get zero kickback for this list, this is simply our favorites that our family enjoys!
AJ’s Oyster Shanty
AJ’s is located on the Island and you can walk there, however driving is only a minute down the road. AJ’s has a nice vibe, you will find live music regularly, outdoor seating, as well as indoor. Their food is good and lots of options to choose from. Pricing is fair as well. We have been here many, many times!

Fokker’s Pub
Fokker’s Pub is a great little bar atmosphere with good food and service. Lots of TVs for watching sports too. You will have to drive over the bridge, but it’s only 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. For relaxed cool bar vibe you can’t go wrong.
Food quality 4/5 Cost 4/5 Kid friendly 2/5 Overall 4/5
Beachview Grill
Nice little restaurant with a view! They are directly next door so super easy to walk to if you are looking for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. Prices are beach appropriate and the food and service is good. And you can’t beat the proximity and view.

Ali’s Bistro
For an upscale dining experience that is located nearby and in the cute old downtown area, with really good food and service, try Ali’s Bistro – Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar. You will have to drive over the bridge, but it’s only 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. This is one of our favorite adult fine dining locations by far.
Food quality 5/5 Cost 2/5 Kid friendly 2/5 Overall 4/5
The Gulf
Our favorite outdoor restaurant. Very unique, located on the intercoastal waters just down the street. Walking again is possible, but driving is probably easier. Go to the end of the Island, continue straight past the light (don’t turn), past the gift shops, turn left (following signs). They have room for kids to play in the lawn & sand, check out the little fish on the water, they have a small dock for boaters to pull up and dock, and everyone can be barefoot if you want! The food is really good as well. Pricing is not too bad for being such a unique place with good food! Siting and enjoying a meal on the waterway, just makes for a great day.

Rockin’ Tacos
Rockin’ Tacos is located just a few minutes down the road and directly on the beach. While you can walk (even on the beach — and we have many times, it’s a wonderful stroll down the beach), driving is quicker and certainly easier with a family. Drive time is only about five minutes. Go to the end of the island, turn right, and it’s on your right a minute up the road. Rockin’ Tacos is a bit bigger restaurant feel, but it’s cool being directly on the beach! Food is good and pricing is beach appropriate.
Food quality 3/5 Cost 2/5 Kid friendly 3/5 Overall 3/5
Al’s Beach Club
Al’s Beach Club is an outdoor burger bar outdoor beachfront restaurant. Al’s is seasonal due to being completely open air (they do have a roof and sun shade sails however). They are next to Rockin’ Tacos, located just five minutes down the road and directly on the beach. While you can walk, driving is quicker and certainly easier with a family. Drive time is only five minutes. Go to the end of the island, turn right, and it’s on your right a minute up the road. They are a unique outdoor experience complete with a splash pad for the kids, and it’s cool being directly on the beach! Food is good and pricing is fair.

Locals love the quiet end of Okaloosa Island for its slower pace and uncrowded beaches—especially early mornings for shell hunting and dolphin sightings just offshore. Just across Miracle Strip Parkway is Ross Marler Park, a favorite with families for its large playground, open green space, and easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway, where you can spot birds, dolphins, and even manatees. Right next door is The Gulf, a laid-back waterfront spot locals love—barefoot-friendly, kid-approved, and perfect for a relaxed meal by the water.

Premier Oasis Rentals Seacrest Serenity Condo
I seriously cannot recommend it enough. The condo was absolutely amazing – every single detail was taken care of with such precision. The hostess thought of everything, from extra towels laid out for us to having the exact kitchen items we needed to make our stay super comfortable. They even provided beach chairs to use right on the beach! It was all so well thought out, it honestly felt like a second home. And the beach itself? Wow. Just a short walk away, with brilliant white sand and these stunning emerald waters that take your breath away. It was one of the most perfect getaways I’ve ever had. You’ve got to check it out!

Book your next vacation here!
I had such a wonderful stay this weekend at this condo. Everything was incredibly inviting: from the initial confirmation booking email to the welcome mat on the front door. Upon arrival, I received a beautiful "welcome basket" along with so much info regarding the island, how to navigate appliances, even the light switches were labeled! This place was immaculate and it felt like a home away from home- which is exactly what we were looking for on a vacation. Uber & Door Dash were quick, its close enough to everything you need but still far enough away from the traffic to enjoy the quiet! Make sure to go catch the sunrise & sunset, you can't beat this view on Okaloosa Island!

One of the Nicest Condos we've stayed in on the beach!
SeaCrest Serenity is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in when visiting Fort Walton Beach. It’s clean, fresh, and has everything you need - plus thoughtful extras like a coffee bar, welcome gifts, and even a message on the TV when we arrived. The balcony is spacious, the elevator is close (so helpful with luggage), and the beach is just steps away and beautiful.Booking was easy and communication was great. We’ll definitely be back.Thank you, Scott and the gang!
