* **Shared Property:** Please be aware that this guest house is on the same property as our main home. The pool, hot tub, and all outdoor areas are shared spaces with our family. We make every effort to provide guests with privacy.

* **Outdoor Space Condition:** As with any outdoor setting, conditions are subject to weather and the natural environment. If you require the outdoor space to be specially detailed and prepared immediately prior to your arrival, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. A $500 service fee will apply for this request.

* **Safety Features:** For your safety, the guest house is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
