Community pool and covered/open picnic pavilion with Bar-B-Q grill, tables and seating is just steps away. Owner provides two bikes, an inflatable kayak and basic beach chairs and equipment for use at your assumed risks

BAY FOREST NATURAL AMENETIES: The Bay Forest community has a 2 mile paved perimeter walking/bike trail for your use. From this trail there is a .5 mile boardwalk through a nature preserve ending in a Bay Forest private Tiki Hut over a near private Gulf lagoon with a kayak launch. You can fish at the dock or in the lagoon. Manatees, dolphins, various game fish and sea birds are often viewed at the Tiki Hut. Various bird species are also seen along the perimeter trail and in the preserve such as Herons, Ibis, Egrets, Osprey and other raptors. There are two fresh water ponds within Bay Forest where you can also fish-- catch and release.

OTHER AMENITIES: Bay Forest has multiple clay tennis and pickle ball courts, multiple "BOCCA" lanes, two Shuffle Ball lanes, a club house and well equipped exercise/weight room. It is about a 10 minute drive to such famous Gulf beaches as Wiggins Pass as well as Golf Courses.

RENT AND RESTRICTIONS: The standard monthly rental rate for leases of six months or more or off season (April--Oct,) is $2300/month including all - utilities.
