Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 1BR penthouse. What I love about this space is that it is perfect for 2 people and is flooded with natural light. Being on the top floor means no overhead neighbors, providing a quiet and peaceful retreat with beautiful southwest-facing views of the golf course. We have a foldable twin bed for a 3rd guest, but honestly, the sofa is very comfortable.

Unique Benefits
We fell in love with this condo because of its incredible central location and proximity to Clam Pass Beach. In our opinion, it is the best beach in Naples because it offers a full experience—from the scenic boardwalk or the fun tram ride through the mangrove forest, to the fantastic beachfront bar, restaurant, and convenient chair/umbrella rentals. It truly feels like a vacation the moment you arrive.
The "Penthouse" Advantage: Being on the top floor means you’ll enjoy total peace and quiet with no neighbors living above you. Plus, the elevated views and southwest exposure ensure the space is always bright and airy.
Elevator Access: Many 3-story condos in Naples are walk-ups. Our building features a clean, reliable elevator, so you never have to worry about carrying groceries or heavy luggage up the stairs. For your convenience, there are shopping carts located behind the elevator to help you bring your groceries upstairs (we just kindly ask that you return them when you are finished).
Central Location: We absolutely love this home for its central location. You are in the heart of Naples, meaning you can reach 5th Ave South, Mercato, or the beach in just minutes. It’s the perfect home base for exploring everything the city has to offer.
Walkable "City" Living in a Tropical Setting: It is rare in Naples to find a quiet golf course community where you can actually walk to Target, Publix, and multiple restaurants. You get the tranquility of the golf course without the "secluded" feeling of being far from town.
Public Golf, Private View: You get the million-dollar view of the Quail Run course and the convenience of being able to book a tee time without the thousand-dollar membership fees.
Why Kids Love It
Naples isn’t just for golfers and shoppers—it is a playground for kids of all ages! Staying here puts you minutes away from the most exciting family attractions in Southwest Florida.
The "Giraffe Experience" at Naples Zoo: Only 7 minutes away, the Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens is a must-see. Kids absolutely love the raised feeding platform where they can hand-feed romaine lettuce to the giraffes! Don't miss the primate cruise to see monkeys living on their own islands.
C’mon! (Golisano Children’s Museum): This is a world-class, 38,000-square-foot interactive museum where kids can "work" in a Publix, explore a giant Banyan tree, or play in the Everglades exhibit. It’s the perfect way to spend a morning out of the sun.
Sun-N-Fun Lagoon: Located right next to the Children's Museum, this is Collier County’s premier water park. It features 5 massive water slides, a 1,250-foot lazy river, and a dedicated "Tadpole Pool" for the little ones.
The Clam Pass Tram: Sometimes the simplest things are the most fun! Kids love the free electric tram ride that takes you through the "jungle" (the mangrove forest) to get to the beach.
Baker Park: A local favorite for burning off energy. It has a massive climbing structure, a splash pad to cool off, and beautiful walking bridges over the river.
Location & Lifestyle
Ideally located west of Airport-Pulling Rd and south of Pine Ridge Rd, this home puts you in the center of everything Naples has to offer. You are in a quiet, non-gated golf community that feels like a tropical park but is just minutes away from premier dining and shopping.
Walkable Convenience: You can walk to Publix, Target, Home Depot, and several local restaurants (like The Hangout by Two Guys) in under 10 minutes.
Beach Proximity: You are only 2 miles (about a 5-minute drive) from the world-famous Clam Pass Beach Park.
The "Local" Vibe: This area is perfect for those who want to avoid the heavy tourist traffic of downtown while still being close enough to reach 5th Ave South or Mercato in about 10-12 minutes.
Family Fun & Adventure: * Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens: Only 3 miles away! It’s a beautiful historic park where you can take a boat cruise to see monkeys.
Sun-N-Fun Lagoon: Just 4 miles away, this is the best spot for waterslides, a lazy river, and cooling off with the family.
Great Wolf Lodge: A 10-15 minute drive takes you to the massive indoor water park and adventure center.
Shopping & Entertainment: Beyond the local stores, you are minutes from the upscale shops and theaters at Waterside Shops and the high-energy nightlife of Mercato.
Active Outdoors: The community features level sidewalks perfect for biking or a morning run, plus easy access to the public-play Quail Run Golf Club.
Favorite Places to Eat
Naples is a foodie's paradise! Here are our personal favorites:
La Trattoria (5th Ave)
Our go-to for authentic, Neapolitan-style pizza and homemade pasta. Don't miss their famous Tiramisu, which is prepared right in front of you! Perfect for a nice dinner before walking down 5th Ave.
Oak & Stone
A great, casual spot for craft beer and artisanal pizzas with a unique "self-serve" beer wall.
Happy Hour: Monday through Friday from 2 PM - 6 PM. Great discounts on beers, wines, pizza, and their famous Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls.
Seed to Table
You have to experience this place—it’s like the "Disney World" of grocery stores with multiple bars and live music!
Pro Tip: Arrive before 5 PM! It is free seating, and it fills up fast.
Ladies Night: Every Wednesday is "Girls Nite Out" with specials from 8 PM - 10 PM.
Our Top Pick: Clam Pass Park is arguably the best beach in Naples. It feels more private and local. The free tram ride through the mangroves is not just a convenience—it’s a beautiful, relaxing way to start your beach day.
For Adventure: If you want to get out on the water, head to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. It is one of the best spots for jetski rentals and paddleboarding, and the natural shoreline is breathtaking.
Timing Tip: If you are heading to the beach on a weekend, try to arrive before 10 AM to snag the best parking spot and your favorite piece of sand!
Best Sunset: Skip the pier and bring your cooler to Clam Pass for sunset. It’s much quieter and the colors over the Gulf are spectacular.
