As soon as you enter, the house impresses with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and bright, modern furnishings. The open-plan living area is spacious and inviting, encouraging you to settle in and feel at home. Large windows create a harmonious connection between the interior and exterior and let the Florida sun into the house.
The large pool area with heated pool and integrated spa (heating included) is the heart of the villa. Here you can relax, swim, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for barbecues, while the smart TV in the outdoor area provides entertainment outside.
A nice touch: the house has its own boat dock, ideal for boaters to enjoy the view of Cape Coral's waterways. From here, it takes about 35 minutes by boat to reach the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf. This allows you to visit the wonderful beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach or take a day trip to Cabbage Key.
The villa has a total of three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with a smart TV. The particularly spacious master suite has a comfortable king-size bed and an adjoining elegant bathroom with a walk-in double shower and separate toilet.
The second bedroom is equally stylishly furnished and has a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and two washbasins. The toilet is separate.
The third bedroom with two single beds is ideal for children or friends and also has its own bathroom

There is an additional charge of $125 per week for use of the boat lift.
Minimum rental period over Christmas and Easter is at least 14 nights.
