Royal Stewart Arms Condominiums offers resort style amenities. Enjoy the heated pool, pickleball, tennis and shuffleboard courts, all overlooking the ocean. Bring your fishing pole and enjoy the salt air on our fishing pier and invite your friends for a BBQ picnic at the Gazebo area with grills and picnic tables.

This condo is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable and cozy vacation. The open living and dining area flows directly to the Sun Room with oversized windows and a great view of the bubbling dolphin fountain.

There is new flooring throughout as well as all new kitchen appliances. High speed wifi is available along with 3 large TVs, with Netflix, Prime, Hulu and other streaming apps included. The large bathroom has plenty of space and a walk-in shower.

This second floor condo is very close to the elevator, stairs and laundry room. Free parking is available as well as a bike rack.

Living on this Island is like living in Paradise. Connected by the Dunedin Causeway, there is easy access to the Pinellas Trail, with stores, restaurants, and drug stores just a few miles away, and a few more minutes away is the quaint and famous Downtown Dunedin. Also visit these great cities close by: Clearwater Beach, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Tarpon Springs and Safety Harbor.

When you come, we will offer you a free pass to Honeymoon Island State Park and have your beach towels and beach bag ready for you to enjoy the sugar white sandy beaches, the tropical breezes, nature trails and the spectacular Gulf sunsets.


This fully furnished condo is available for a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 6 months.

Area Information

Enjoy the white sandy beaches on Honeymoon Island or take the boat to Caledesi Island. Charming downtown Dunedin is just minutes away and is world known for all it's restaurants, shops, museums, parks, etc. Within minutes you can be at the world famous Clearwater Beach, or many of the other great cities close by.

Our condo association requires a minimum of 3 months stay, must be 55+ and does not allow children or pets.
