This Fort Myers Beach condominium encompasses the top (fifth) floor front corner of the Estero Beach Club beachfront building and boasts straight-on unobstructed views of the Gulf. Every window faces West over the pool and beach into spectacular sunsets. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom property has 1400 square feet of living space and is a premier condo at Estero Beach Club. This property has never been rented and was recently updated with new flooring, electrical lighting, furnishings, supplies and amenities by the new owners. Pictures will be updated as final touches are added to the property.

You cannot be closer to the beach, and this condo is directly above the heated beachfront pool and spa. There are no walkways or long hallways to carry your beach gear through because this condo is right on the sand! Enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the dolphins feed in the shallows near the sand bar in front of the condo. Later, enjoy a glass of wine or dinner as you listen to the seagulls and waves while you watch the sunset from the private West facing lanai. The electric hurricane shutters offer optional privacy and protection from storms that may blow in from the Gulf. A beach buggy, coolers, beach umbrellas/sand auger, beach chairs, boogie board, beach towels, and beach totes are provided. Just bring your sunscreen and swimsuit and hit the beach.

Whether you are relaxing onsite or exploring nearby, this property offers a perfect home base. Estero Beach Club is a small community of 48 privately owned condos and offers a unique boutique beachfront experience. It is walking distance to restaurants on the beach yet far enough away from the action to enjoy a peaceful vacation on what feels like a private beach. It is also the closest beachfront condominium complex to Times Square with a beachfront pool. The free Island Tram (peak season) and the Island Trolley (75 Cents year-round) stop directly in front of The Club. This location on the beach is convenient for avoiding the heavy traffic during the winter months when it can back up for complexes further south. Estero Beach Club has a live-in onsite couple who sees to maintenance and management so it is well maintained and guest requests are addressed promptly. Each condominium at Estero Beach Club is furnished and managed by individual owners, so the quality of furnishings, design, cleanliness, amenities and rates vary. We take pride in providing an upscale experience and many of our guests return every year and we host guests for special occasions year-round.

This beachfront property can accommodate up to six guests. The two inviting ensuite bedrooms feature comfortable king beds for a restful night sleep and views of the beach through large windows. The primary suite has its own seating area, a king bed, 55' smart TV, private Juliet balcony, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The primary suite also has a second private entrance which is convenient for guests who may have different schedules. The second bedroom has a king bed, a large window overlooking the Gulf and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in tile shower. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper comfortable for two additional guests.

The condo is furnished with hotel quality white linens, high quality kitchen supplies including Henkels cutlery, Zwilling ceramic cookware, and many extra amenities. The stainless-steel appliances are high quality, and the French door refrigerator has an ice maker with a purified water dispenser. We supply paper products including toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, zip lock bags, tin foil, kitchen spices and cooking spray. We also have you covered for the beach with a beach buggy, beach chairs, beach totes, beach towels, coolers, beach umbrellas/sand augers, and insulated drink glasses. Just bring your personal items and get your vacation started!

Furnishings, appliances, kitchen supplies, mattresses and linens are of high quality. There are beach towels, a beach buggy, beach chairs, beach totes, beach umbrella + auger, kitchen dinnerware, glassware, bakeware, cutlery, cookware, and utensils. Small appliances include a Keurig, espresso machine, blender, and air fryer. Every room has high speed Blast WIFI, premium cable and a Smart TV. The new 65” LG OLED C5 TV in the great room is perfect for sports fans and movie nights.

This condo works well for two couples, a group of friends or families with older children. You can see each other and communicate from the pool to the lanai, look out over the pool to the beach and into the Gulf's incredible sunsets. You will also enjoy the privacy this top floor location provides.

Families: Please note that incontinence wear including swim diapers are not permitted in the swimming pool. This is an Estero Beach Club policy. This condo is best suited for adults and older children. This condo is not child proofed, and we do not provide child friendly furnishings, a toddler bed, crib or a pack-n-play. Fort Myers Beach is a family friendly area with many activities. Having a view of the pool from the lanai is convenient, especially for parents wanting to check on older children below. Running up to the condo from the pool is very easy for breaks or to grab a snack!

Kitchen: Sunny, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. (Double oven, stove, refrigerator w/ice maker and purified water dispenser, dishwasher and microwave.) All kitchen supplies are new. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee pot, espresso machine, air fryer, Ninja blender/food processor, 4-slot toaster, and hand mixer.

Living Room: Leather pull out sofa sleeper and two chairs. Watch the game on the new LG 65" OLED C5 Smart TV or the waves through the many windows looking out over the Gulf. The condo has Premium Xfinity cable with DVR capability in all rooms with upgraded high-speed Blast WIFI.

Primary Suite: Wake up to the tops of palm trees and spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the comfortable king bed. This bedroom boasts a picture window and private Juliet balcony with BIG TIME VIEWS. A walk-in closet with felt hangers and an eight-drawer dresser provide storage to get settled during your stay. Enjoy your private entrance and the 55” Smart TV with Xfinity premium cable, DVR capability and many apps.

Primary Ensuite Bathroom: This ensuite bathroom with a custom walk-in shower. Hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels and washcloths are provided.

Second Bedroom: Comfortable king bed with large west facing window for views of the beach in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Six drawer dresser, closet, and a 55” Samsung Smart TV with many apps and Premium Cable.

Second Ensuite Bathroom: Private bathroom with walk-in tile shower. Hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, facial tissue, white bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels and washcloths are provided.

Work/Study Space: If you must work or study on your vacation, you will appreciate the spacious dining room table, desk in the primary suite, and WIFI printer. Basic office supplies are also provided.

Coin/App laundry is next to the pool with a big picture window and views of the pool and beach. Doing laundry never looked so good!

Hurricane & Tropical Storm Cancellation Policy:
The official season for tropical storms and hurricanes in Southwest Florida is June 1 - November 30, with the most damaging storms historically occurring from mid-September to mid-October. To avoid misunderstandings with guests, we have established an amenable policy common to vacation rentals. Tropical storms and hurricanes are impossible to predict so guests should protect themselves by purchasing travel insurance and rates are lower in these months. If you choose to cancel, we will gladly work with you to reschedule.

Estero Beach Club offers an upscale, boutique experience in a perfect location. It is the closest beachfront condominium complex to Times Square with a beachfront pool. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel like it has its own private beach. This top floor condo comprises a separate section of the building with windows on all sides which makes it very light and sunny throughout the day. You can see the sunrise in the morning from the kitchen, dining room and guest bedroom and then watch the sunset over the Gulf in the evening from the lanai and master bedroom.

Someone else will do your shopping and deliver right to your front door at your specified time. Why Kids Love It

Note to Parents: This property is best for older children because it is not baby proofed and we do not have a pack-n-play, crib, high chairs or child friendly furnishings. Estero Beach Club does not allow any type of incontinence wear including swim diapers in the pool. No adults or children with such issues are permitted in the pool which includes infants. This is for the safety and comfort of all guests and because the pool must be closed if accidents occur.

Kids love the beach and Fort Myers Beach is a family friendly area with many activities. We provide beach toys and chairs, a beach buggy, a beach umbrella/sand auger, an easy set up cabana, beach towels and games in the condo for your enjoyment. Having a view of the pool from the condo's lanai is convenient, especially for parents wanting to check on older children below. Running up to the condo from the pool is very easy for bathroom breaks, naps or to grab a snack!

If you are looking for a couples only beach vacation, we also own condo #203 in the same beachfront building. It is an elegant 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo and we rent to many honeymooners and adults celebrating anniversaries or other special occasions. Florida Rentals #4688.

Area Information

The location of Estero Beach Club is perfect. The beach in front of the condo is quiet, yet we can easily walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. One of our favorite things to do is walk five minutes on the beach to Diamond Head Resort for lunch and leave our flip flops and towels behind. We do not need shoes because we sit at tables right on the sand. A fun new food truck park 1/2 block away will be open by January 2027 and Sandy Bottoms tiki bar and restaurant one block away will be opening in early 2027.

Bay Oaks Park & Recreation Area is across the street with pickleball (indoor & outdoor), tennis courts, workout facility, baseball diamonds, and playground. Exercise and yoga classes are also available.
Fort Myers Beach Times Square & Pier
Jet ski, Paddle Boards and Parasailing rentals are located in front of the Diamond Head Resort on the beach, a five minute walk from the condo.

Mom's: Cozy Coffee/Lunch spot. (2 blocks north on Estero Boulevard.) Currently operating out of a food truck with outdoor seating.

Sandy Bottoms: (1 block north on Estero Boulevard) Opening winter 2027! Casual, fun vibe with indoor and outdoor seating.

The Whale: Fabulous new three story restaurant and bar. Top floor has an open air dance floor, tiki roof and live music nearly every day. Great place to watch the game - lots of big screen TVs.
Margaritaville Resort has a wonderful second floor open area with a bar and restaurant. The seating area with sofas, chairs and fire pits is open to the public.

Inside Scoop

Thomas Edison had a laboratory and Winter home in Fort Myers. Henry Ford's Winter home was next door to Edison's place. There is also a museum there and these places are easy to find - it's a "straight shot" in to Fort Myers (about 15 miles).
The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins have Spring training in Fort Myers. Ball fields are 30-45 minutes from the island depending upon traffic. We love hosting baseball fans, especially from our home team in Minnesota!
