Our guests will have access to the entire home, garage, and outdoor spaces (excluding the boat, boat lift and kayaks). Guests are welcome to moor boats at our seawall. Bumpers and cleats for mooring boats are available.
I will be available 24/7 through the online booking platform application. I am not local to Cape Coral, but my local support network is available at all times if guests are in need of anything during their stay.

There is ample parking available at the home in the large horseshoe driveway and room enough for one vehicle in the garage (no larger than a small SUV).
There is a fence that can be set up around the pool if young children are staying and all guests should use caution walking the seawall. Rocks are present under the water along the seawall and the drop into the water varies in depth depending on the tide. Depending on the time of year you are visiting, be alert for wildlife native to sub tropical regions on land and in the water that can be dangerous.

This home sits on FOUR lots and is on the corner of a LARGE canal. The large lot offers seclusion and privacy and the corner location on a large canal gives incredible views. The property has it's own sandy beach with a gas fire pit and a fire table is available under the lanai for cooler Florida evenings. Watch the fish from the seawall and enjoy the manatees and dolphins as they swim by in the winter. The seawall is equipped with cleats to moor a boat if you chose to bring your boat or rent locally and we are only minutes from the big water. Sunsets are dazzling. You will never want to leave!
Why Kids Love It
The pool is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer and is large by Florida standards. We provide swimming noodles and beach towels and they love jumping between the hot tub and pool. The underwater lighting at night makes any time a swimming time!
We love Miceli's in Mattlacha and Yucatan Waterfront Tiki Bar and Grill also in Mattlacha.
The sub sandwiches they make to order at the Publix grocery store are AMAZING!
