Area Information

The Emerald Dolphin Condominiums are located at 850 Fort Pickens Road. Kokomo is Unit 1110, with awesome views of the Gulf of America. The beach is a short walk across the road, and the beach at this location is expansive and beautiful. There is a convenience store adjacent to the property, and Peg Leg Pete's Oyster Bar is a block to the west. There is a sound side beach a short distance to the west that provides a calmer swimming experience for young children, or on days when the red flags fly on the gulf.
