Welcome to our Seaside Villa Baltic Sea. A modern vacation home in the heart of Cape Coral's sun-drenched waterways. Up to six guests will find everything they need for a carefree and comfortable vacation – from high-quality living areas and a private pool oasis to a spot under their own tiki hut right on the waterfront on a wide canal.

Upon entering the Seaside Villa Baltic Sea, you are greeted by a bright and spacious living area. The large glass front ensures that your gaze constantly wanders over the wide canal, bringing the subtropical ambience of southwest Florida into the house. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, everything you need for barbecuing, a blender, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, ample work space, and offers a direct view of the pool area. The adjoining dining area and cozy living room create a harmonious focal point where family and friends can gather.

The villa has three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom with king-size bed and TV is a private retreat with direct access to the pool area and its own spacious bathroom including bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sinks.

The two other bedrooms, each equipped with queen-size beds, also offer a high level of comfort. One of these rooms has direct access to the pool area.

The second bathroom with private access is equipped with a walk-in shower, a wash basin unit, and a toilet and offers direct access to the pool area.

An additional bonus is the separate entertainment room, which is equipped with a foosball table—ideal for game nights, small competitions, or relaxing hours in the shade while others relax by the pool.

The heart of the villa is the spacious outdoor area. The heated (heating included) pool and whirlpool invite you to swim and relax at any time of the day. Thanks to its west-facing orientation, guests can enjoy fantastic sunsets here, while barbecuing, eating, or simply savoring the warm Florida air on the covered terrace. The tranquil waterfront location creates a special atmosphere, as directly behind the house is a private boat dock that not only offers access to open water, but is also equipped with a cozy tiki hut – the perfect place for coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening, or simply to observe nature.

The villa is particularly suitable for families, as it is equipped with a cot, high chair, and toys. Modern technology such as Wi-Fi, TV, and central air conditioning round off the comfort. Everything has also been considered in terms of safety – from smoke detectors to a well-stocked first aid kit.

The location of Seaside Villa Baltic Sea combines tranquility with proximity to popular destinations. Shops, restaurants, the beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Sanibel. At the same time, you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a residential area located directly on the waterfront, which conveys a genuine Florida feeling.

Beach towels, chairs, and a parasol are available for trips to the beach, as well as two bicycles for exploring the surrounding area.
