The second level is made up of five private ensuite bedrooms and an expansive deck. Level three offers four more ensuites, a second living room and another huge deck. At the top level you will find an enormous open living, dining and entertainment space with soaring ceilings in the kitchen, large pantry, extra refrigerator, living, dining, game space and a huge bar area. Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.

This home was designed with eight king ensuite bedrooms. Each is outfitted with a walk-in closet, dresser storage and a smart TV. The second and third levels are the bedroom levels. There is also a bunkroom ensuite on the second level for a total of (9) nine bedrooms comfortably sleeping a total of (22) people. Seven of the nine bedrooms have an amazing view of the Gulf and each bedroom suite has been named after the owner’s favorite islands!
