Welcome to our cheery Sundial Cottage located in Destin, Florida!
It's a beautiful Florida rental loaded with extras and catching all the sea breezes! We're 2 short blocks to the most gorgeous beach or about a 5 minute walk or 1 minute ride by car. It's nestled in the adorable Crystal Beach area of Destin known for its white picket fences, pastel color houses, beautiful landscapes, privacy, and relaxation! The location is outstanding ...within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and activities and a short drive to everything! The house is so spacious,comfortable, and adorable... and beams with Florida sunshine- we call it the happy house!
Perfect for relaxing by the private pool or beach or close to all the action Destin has to offer!
If this is your first trip to Destin you are in for a wonderful surprise!
The Sundial has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8.
The front porch is equipped with rockers and the back patio/pool area comes with tables, chairs, and lounges.
The Master bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a King bed, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed and Full daybed trundle (sleeps 2 singles). The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa.
Some of the many amenities include: AC, landscaped and maintained grounds with uplighting, pool service, 46" HDTV in living room, Cable tv throughout with tv's in all bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, WIFI, fully appointed kitchen, linens and towels provided, outside grill, outside shower.
All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 3:00 PM Central time and check-out is at 9:00AM Central time unless agreed to prior to your stay. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking permitted outside only. Security deposit required.
