MeredithWe had the best time staying here! The house was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we could possibly need. It’s very spacious and perfect for a group. The host was amazing and so accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a special place in Tampa, especially for a family or friends get-together!

MikeWe had an amazing stay at this place! It’s incredibly spacious, perfect for large families or groups who don’t want to feel like they’re on top of each other. Our dogs felt right at home too, which was a huge plus.The interior has clearly been upgraded with care; everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully put together.Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. We walked to Raymond James Stadium, wandered over to Old Tampa, close to big box stores, restaurants, and had quick access to the interstate for everything else. Tampa’s Riverwalk in the Tampa Heights District is also close-by and absolutely worth the stroll.Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommend for families, groups, and anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and a great Tampa home base.

HannahAbsolutely loved this house! You can tell it’s brand new — it still had that “new home” smell. The location is really underrated, just a little north of the main part of Tampa, so it was an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. We even found a great little Cuban spot within walking distance for lunch. The high-end furnishings were awesome, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get ready. The beds were unbelievably comfy, and the thoughtful touches for our toddler (like the high chair and pack ’n play already set up and spotless) made things so much easier. The whole place was immaculate, the Nespresso machine was a total game changer for our mornings, and we loved hanging out upstairs with all the games they provided. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! 10/10 THANK YOU CAYA TEAM!
