Becky and Joe Z.Great Property, Very Comfortable, Want for Nothing
Both Jay and Allison were accommodating and overall made sure we had everything we needed. They even surprised us with some "extra" treats upon our arrival, after a long journey. We found the home quite comfortable, including the bed, towels, and linens. Located in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood where we enjoyed our daily walks with our dog. Southeast Cape Coral is a busy area with lots of stores and restaurants. Our favs were Prime 239 Steakhouse, Fishtale Grill by Merrick Seafood, Clase Azul Mexican and Gustos Italian. We enjoyed the heated pool and many games, making us want for nothing during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood .Situated in a great area that is minutes from restaurants , shopping and Cape Coral beach.The home was spotless and so well equipped you will want for nothing. With extra amenities such as indoor games ,outdoor games , books to read while lounging by the beautiful pool.The host is extremely friendly and has clear instructions with easy check in.Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home.Highly recommend and can't wait to return.

This house exceeded my expectations. Allison has gone above and beyond to ensure you have everything you may need or want. We have never rented such a well-stocked home and we appreciated all the little extras. The primary suite is very spacious with a comfortable bed, sitting area and very large en-suite with walk in closet. We travelled with another couple and the split floor plan was wonderful for privacy. The spacious kitchen and living room were perfect for our group. We really like to cook and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, cookware, glasses etc. We had everything we needed! We really enjoyed the heated pool with the waterfall feature (so relaxing!) and the loungers were super comfy--much nicer than any other rental we've ever had. We had most of our meals at the outdoor dining table. The garage was spacious for parking and also had lots of games and extras for our group. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with close proximity to downtown, restaurants and shopping. The yard is large and we loved watching the burrowing owls in the front left corner of the yard; they are so cute! We have stayed at many homes in Cape Coral and this will our new go to home. We will absolutely come back year after year!
