Up to four guests will find everything they need for a carefree and comfortable vacation in Cape Coral, Florida. Located on the canal with complete privacy with a view across the canal to the nearby golf course.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, everything you need for barbecuing, a blender, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, Nespresso machine, and a regular filter coffee machine.
The vacation home has two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom with king-size bed and 43" smart TV is a private retreat with its own spacious bathroom including bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sink.
The second bedroom is furnished with queen-size beds and a 43" smart TV.
The second bathroom with private access is equipped with a bathtub/shower combination, a vanity, and a toilet.
An additional bonus is the separate entertainment room, which is equipped with its own smart TV and surround sound system.
The location of Seaside Villa Golfers Delight combines tranquility with proximity to popular destinations. Shops, restaurants, the beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Sanibel. At the same time, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets while barbecuing with a view across the canal to the nearby golf course. For the safety of the little ones, there is a pool fence that can be put up. Beach towels, chairs, a parasol, and a cooler are available for trips to the beach. Two bicycles are available for exploring the area. Two fishing rods are available for fishing in the freshwater canal.
The garage can be used and has space for two vehicles.
