This central Vero location is minutes from Miracle Mile, Downtown Vero, and the Alma Lee Loy Bridge (17th St Bridge), which will bring you to Vero's beaches, shopping, and restaurants. This home features a dedicated workspace, complete with a full-size desk, high-speed internet, and Wi-Fi. The living room, master bedroom, and detached suite all have their own flat-screen smart televisions. In the cottage, each bedroom has percale sheets and duvet covers, and in the suite, microfiber sheets and lyocell duvet cover and shams. All mattresses, bedding, Pack-n-Play, and upholstered furniture are brand new as of October 2025.

Kitchens in the Cottage and Suite, both have a toaster, pots, pans, kettle, dishes, mixing bowls, cooking utensils and flatware. The cottage also has a Keurig coffee machine, blender, and assorted barware. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the cottage's carport, and a compact washer and dryer in the suite.
