GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
Maximum occupancy: 8 overnight guests. Additional daytime visitors require prior approval.
Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. No outdoor music after 10 PM.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No parties or events.
Pool temperature: Maximum 88°F. Home thermostat must remain between 70°F and 80°F.
Departure: Please start a load of towels, run the dishwasher, return amenities to their places, and leave the home reasonably tidy.
Early check-in/late check-out: Available by request when scheduling permits. Approved late departures may incur a $50+ fee.
Security: Exterior cameras monitor the front entrance, garage, pool equipment, and garage mechanical area. No cameras are located inside the home's living areas.
Pool and landscaping professionals may visit during your stay without entering the home. Florida wildlife and insects are also part of the local environment; please observe wildlife from a safe distance.
We kindly ask guests to treat our home and amenities with care and report any accidental damage promptly.
One locked owner's closet is excluded from guest access. Additional house guidelines are provided with your reservation.

We are conveniently located off of Veteran's Parkway & 20th Ave to take you to directly to Ft Myers or several locations in Cape Coral. Surfside Ave is just around the corner. Minutes away from Chiquita & Santa Barbara Pkwys.
There are 2 airports closest to our location, Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) or Southwest Florida International Airport(RSW).

Jeni was the ultimate host! I wish all hosts were like her. She was so responsive and very nice! This home literally has everything you could imagine. All you need is your clothes and sunglasses! It was just myself and my fiance, but this home is perfect with families/littles! From the blender, the dishes, and even the kids utensils, Jeni had thought of everything and then some! The heated pool was a dream, and the TV is viewable from the pool, it’s amazing. 10/10. Thank you again Jeni!
