50% of contract total due at reservation. Remaining 50% of contract total due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellation Fee's: $350 processing fee if canceled 30+ days prior to occupancy. Less than 30 days, 100% of rent amount. We always try to fill vacant times, in which case your rent will be refunded, less a $350 processing fee.
