The home features 3 bedrooms, 1 den (office) with pull out sofa and 3 1/2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 persons. Master bedroom (first floor) offers a large king size bed, equipped with a high-quality memory foam mattress and an own private bathroom with dual sinks and walk in closet. Second Bedroom (second floor) offers too a large king-size bed, equipped with a high-quality memory foam mattress. In the third bedroom (second floor) there are two single beds, ideal for kids. Upstairs you also find a dedicated working space. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a cooking island, two ovens, microwave, fridge-freezer and storeroom. A coffee machine from Keurig is available.
Fully equipped laundry room with dryer, washer, iron board and iron. Beach umbrella as well as beach chairs will be provided.

Only 10-minute drive to a large variety of restaurants, shops and beaches in Naples.
The property is 3 miles from Naples Zoo and less than 10 minutes drive to downtown Naples (5th Avenue, Naples Piers, Tin City) or luxurious Mercato with all its nice shops. Our small community (cul-de-sac) has nice neighbourhood and is friendly and safe.
At the same time, there are many beautiful beaches where you can watch the sunset and enjoy the Gulf Coast's warm waters. The closest beach is Clam Pass Park at the western end of Pine Ridge Road. There is a 0.6-mile boardwalk. Other activities nearby include the Coastland Center shopping mall, Naples Philharmonic Center, Botanical Garden, Golf and Tennis. Everything to discover is a stone's throw away!
